Easily Read, Easily Taught
I had to use this book in my Kinesiology class, and I really liked it because the chapters were to the point and explained things very nicely making them easily learned. It was also interesting the way they explained the concepts of kinesiology. As you read throught the chapters, it actually makes you want to read and learn more.
