Looks and feels very heavy duty. About the tenth hit with a hammer it flew apart. Pieces flew every where. Never did find them all. A real POS. Doesn't even deserve one star.

It is very ergonomic through the range of bits.It aligns well in difficult spaces like under dash work in autos,.I would like to buy additional 5/16 hex bits in various sizes if you can furnish for sale. retired thermodynamics professor

This impact driver blew apart the first time I used it. It was very cheaply made. I returned it for a refund and will buy a better made product.

Could not get it to work even one time!!! Unfortunately I waited until after 30 days to use the tool. Asked MulWark for a return but they declined (so bad customer service also). DON'T BUY!!!!

I Bought this because I I could not get the screws on my motorcycle looce. once I received it I used and it worked great I also used it to tighten the screws once I was done with the repairs.

nice case. driver looks good. seems to work OK. only negative is when the ring is turned it feels kind of grindy like rough metal to metal. time will tell.

First time I used it parts flew off and it came apart in my hand. Save your money and don't buy this junk. I will be requesting a refund.
