Great quality materials, good “ investment”
I love the sturdiness and great quality materials that were implemented to make this cyclomop. I can mop my house much easier and faster, I also love the fact that I don’t have to touch the mop between mops I guess it was named cyclomop because of the cyclone effect that it makes when I’m rinsing between each use. I simply love it

I liked the concept of a spin mop but other brands displayed in stores seemed flimsy. This is not. The handle is sturdy enough to really apply pressure on the floor. There is a crank in the bucket for cleaning the mop before spinning it dry and you have the option of either a foot pedal or the handle for spinning. There is also a handle release at the bottom of the bucket for easy drainage. The mopheads wash up great. It IS pricey compared to other brands but worth every penny.

Very expensive and not durable!
I own one of these and for the first little while it worked great; however, the durability is very lacking, especially for the price. I would not buy another one. I’ve had to repair the drain valve because it is poorly designed and it is prone to breaking. Until this problem is fixed, I cannot recommend purchasing this product.

Head n shoulders above the spin mops seen on tv
This is actually my second purchase of this mop system. The first one is about three years old... still works like a charm. I bought it to replace the cheaper hurricane spin mop that I had before, which lasted almost a year before the spin mechanism broke. This cyclo mop is definitely a much sturdier upgrade.

Look mom, no hands!
This is my second cyclomop. I like the product but they do break rather easily for the hard plastic they use. They should focus more on the spinning mechanism, as the step on connection wears out in a rather short amount of time.

FINALLY I can stop looking for the best way to clean my hardwood floors..
I have spent a fortune trying to find the best way to clean my floors. Shark steam mop, then upgrade to Bissell Symphony vacuum/steam mop, and more recently Rubbermaid Wavebrake with a traditional mop head. Now, I think I'm done looking. This is the best... The spin cycling actually gets the mop very dry as opposed to the traditional mop wringing systems. Just make sure you unlock the handle before spinning, because it won't work to get the mop dry enough. That's what I did at first until I read the instructions - phew!I would feel confident to recommend this mopping system for any situation. I have all hardwood floors, and it does a beautiful job while not over wetting the floors.

I ordered this about 13 months ago because the spinning ...
I ordered this about 13 months ago because the spinning mechanism in cheaper models began to squeak and break after about 6 mo use. While this product definitely did not do that, it did begin to leak out of the spout and drainage area. We tried everything to prevent it but after about 3 months, it would again spring a leak. If this were a cheqp bucket I would not be as upset but this is literally 2 to 3 times the cost of other buckets and was not reliable.

If you don't mind mopping up a puddle of water every time you spin it, then this mop is for you
This is a very well made product. Sturdily built, it should last a long time. I am replacing an "As Seen on TV" spinner mop whose gears broke. This mop's gears are metal so I can expect dependability from it. The problem is that when the mop is spinning, water leaks out of the top back where the spinner basket attaches to the frame. So every time I spin the mop, I have to mop up a puddle of water. It is annoying. Also, because it is well made, it is quite a bit heavier (and bulkier) than my previous one. I wanted to love this and I would gladly lift its heavy frame if only it didn't leak so badly. I'm going to try to staunch the water, but for the price, this seems like something I shouldn't have to do. Somebody in the product's design lab should've solved this before going to production. It's a huge hassle and disappointment.
