Incredibly uncredible
I loss 228 lbs. when I stepped off my scale. not sure if it worked or not because I had a donut with the tea. did give me a lot of zoomy zoom. and my thickness remained the same so maybe another star for that.

Only ok.
I really like the flavor of this tea. I noticed it did give me more energy, like a bit of a zing. However, I didn't notice it suppressing my appetite and I felt it was a bit overpriced. I do not plan on repurchasing do the cost.

Does the job
When i came across this, i knew it would be perfect because i currently do intermittent fasting and this would help for the cravings until I'm able to break my fast. I was drinking coffee in the mornings and wanted to switch it up a little. When i first tried it, it completely curbed my appetite. I have used half of it at this point and its still curbing the appetite but i think coffee gives me a little more energy. Will def order again.

Great Herbal Tea for Fasting
Started using this for intermittent and longer fasting. If the flavor isn't all that impressive try combining with matcha green tea or jiaogulan tea (which is great anytime). When I'm having really strong hunger pangs I found that mixing with freshly minced ginger, some lime juice, and stevia helps. When mixing it is best to stir in with warm or hot water, not cold water, as it clumps up. Good luck with your fasting journey.

Had a broth like flavor
This tea was helpful for its broth like flavor (however I could not tell you what kind of broth). I could not tell if it curbed my appetite but it was mentally helpful to have something to look forward to other than water.

Might work for someone else
The taste is good. It has a smooth taste, but I don’t feel like it helps my hunger. Though I could be doing other things wrong, I’m still getting used to fasting

Effective, but expensive
This tea is helpful when you are fasting. It does help curb appetite and give a little energy boost. But at $2 per serving, it is a bit expensive.
