Defective - And Customer Service Difficult
I love origami type folding cases, unfortunately this one was defective. It appears that the plastic molding did not reach all edges making it unsightly and not reliable on one corner. I was going to send it back to Amazon, but I contacted Pipetto customer service in London hoping to exchange it for a different color. We have gone back-and-forth on at least six or seven emails. They are slow to respond. It’s been about 2 weeks and still they have been unable to resolve.

Excellent case & build quality
Very comfortable, well built, durable and stylish. It ages well after serious use. I've used many iPad cases before that this one is by far one of the best that I've had.
