I purchased this to replace an 8 year old fixture that was not functioning. I assumed the transformer died. This works fine. My only complaint is that this new transformer is actually bigger than the one from 8 years ago, and did not fit in the 3 inch round box. I could not find a deeper 3 inch round box to replace the old one, and ended up cutting a hole in the box, so the transformer can stick out of the box, essentially into the ceiling space, then the wires could fit in the box. So, probably a code violation, but got it done!

Transformer works, but only on full voltage. If you dim the fixture, it flickers.

After installation, the transformer burned out within 24 hours of installation. Do NOT use this product!
