Good, and cold.
I have never used a gel pillow, so I wasn't sure what to expect. It's not very firm, which is what I was hoping for, but it folds easily and works well. It also stays cooler than my other pillows and it works great for sleeping with my arm under the pillow. If I get another gel pillow to compare it to, or if anything changes I will edit my review, but I like it so far, and I am picky.
