Perfect fit
My boyfriend is a blue collar guy, and basically lives in Dickies. He also happens to be 6'4", so we needed pants that would be long enough with a little "bunch" at the bottom - I mean, who likes to wear high waters? Tall people problems. These Dickies work pants are the perfect fit and will last for years.

Work Pants
I really don't like buying clothes that I can't see & touch first. Add to that, most of the Dickies pants that I have purchased over the years have been to put it mildly - a bit inconsistent when it comes to the measurements. These pants are no exception. I typically wear a 38 waist, but will buy 40 because I like a looser fit in the waist. That is what I ordered with these - 40 - but they fit more like they were 38. The length of the pants is fine. These pants are more of what a service manager might wear, rather than a field technician - although they do remind me of the sort of uniform pants that the company I use to work for wanted their technicians to wear. I could also see wearing this pant back when I was teaching high school classes. One minor complaint is with the side pocket - which is one of the main reasons I bought these pants. I like to keep my phone in a pocket like this, and the fit is important. The pocket is a bit shallow - and the phone sticks out a bit - the width is good and my phone even in the heavy-duty case fits with no problems.All-in-all I'm satisfied with my purchase - these just aren't the sort of pants that I typically buy or wear.

Terrible for heavier set and strong laborers
Terrible for heavier set and strong laborers. If you are a stout hard working man this is basically a managers play set of "work pants". It has some stupid crap dress pants hide away hook piece of junk that i know is gonna break if i put pressure into my gut and hips when i lift the heavy things at work. 150lb 250lb huge boxes of swings, garden tables, lawn mowers, gun safes, 300lb stupidly big pools. I so do not have time for my pants clasp to rip sheer off cause its a girls dress up pants. I have a good dickies brand pair of boots and belt and socks sets and ive trusted this brand with my care, but im tired of their pants being a constant battle of crap clasps or needing to rethread my plastic button back on every few months or just plain old the relaxed fit is the only cut i can buy cause nothing else can fit me. The full steel buttons have never failed me and i can never seem to get pairs with them consistantlyI need a hearty full steel button not some danty hook. Also your name scheme for your fits need greater distinction. What the hell is the differance between loose fit and relaxed fit double knee work pants. Got the same dam numbers on the label but within 5 seconds i knew they werent gonna fit but i got some 5 pairs of relaxed fits that go on like a dam glove. The naming scheme means the same thing remove relaxed and rename it Stout or something. Full bodied man needing honest high grade work pants that fit. No playing around and no corner cutting. I'd pay 30$ a pair over the 20$ just to have a clearly defined Stout fit pairs of work pants that always fit with heartiness in mind and are made for hard labor with no room for failing. You make hard wearing high grade pants. But you need stronger leadership in your pants dept guys
