Does the job
Excellent saw. Bought to cut up a swing seat so did not have to pay for removal. Cut through six thick pipe sections. Saw did not blunt but kept going and got the job done. Had many saws over years and this is one I would definitely recommend.

Very solid hacksaw let down by a sticker.
Great hacksaw, small in size (which was what I wanted) but very sturdy and works well. Unfortunately it was let down by a sticker. Huge sticker on the hacksaw that when peeled off left a huge amount of adhesive on it. Seems strange to not have an easy-to-peel sticker nowadays. Took about 5 minutes to rub off with a wet towel.

Not the sturdiest but worked on metal
I had some this metal rods to saw through and although I did so a bit tentatively because the product didn’t feel very sturdy, the job was accomplished and I am satisfied

Perfect Presch Thank You.
I bought this solely to do one job. I needed to shorten the frame of a metal shelving unit to get the best fit in the garden shed. Was initially concerned when it arrived it wasnt going to be up to the job. But taking it easy the Presch completed the task with style and no cut fingers or swearing ...which is a first for this non DIYer. Will definitely look at Presch for other tools in the future. (The wife said its never going to strong/robust enough. She says shes sorry for doubting you)

Aesthetic & Ergonomic
The hacksaw benefits from being robust, highly visible, aesthetically pleasing and ergonomic. Unlike traditional hacksaws there is no need to compress the sprung steel frame in order to fit a new blade - sometimes causing the blade to snap or warp. The Presch system merely requires an anti-clockwise turn of a knurled nut & the blade will release. As a City & Guilds advanced craft joiner (& lecturer) with over 35 years experience I can fully recommend.

Yes good saw but with a weakness
I wish I had read the review that mentions the plastic stansion for the rear jaw. The frame is steel with is good the rear of the frame is plastic and moves rather than holding firm when you tighten the blade. This does not allow the blade to be held tight to stop twisting in use. Great handle for comfort but lacking in strength overall, so only useful for small light jobs not requiring high tension of the saw blade.

Gutes Produkt. Wechsel der Sägeblätter ist einfach gestaltet und intuitiv durchführbar. Habe damit die Alu-Profile für mein Balkonkraftwerk angepasst. Hat sehr gut funktioniert.

Good budget friendly saw
Solid performing, comfortable, budget friendly saw. Could be more durable, after a year of use the handle broke off
