Great Salt Massager
I work out on a regular basis and will occasionally get some soreness and knots. This little ball is great for massaging sore muscles. It helps you rub target spots that are sore and knotted to work out those painful knots.

fit in the bowl I had, doing fine
I mix the round ones w/ the flat ones. I prefer the flat ones, the surface area is bigger, so more heat is transferred compared to the balls, that have a tiny point of contact, although you can trap one against the chair and roll out those knots in your back.

Very small and both salt spheres came in broke to pieces. Very disappointed and there is an obvious reason for no return policy offered on the product.

Cheap isn't better
These aren't true salt stones. They weep and leave a terrible drainage on my table surfaces. A good Himilayan salt stone or lamp doesn't leak.
