It’s my fault really I didn’t know how much I need to take. I just saw 30 capsules and the price was affordable but you need to take 8 at least to get 1 gram daily.

I buy the cheapest NMN, i can find. It's Interesting that the brands don't all taste the same. This one tastes very neutral, others have a tartness to them.

Gives a daily energy boost
I wanted to give this product a try after reading some articles on NMN. I’ve been taking this daily for 3 weeks and I have already noticed a difference.
