Raclette cheese melter
This raclette oven from Switzerland is working exactly as it should. The cheese melt evenly and I wish that Amazon would sell the real "fromage a raclette" that we have in Switzlerland. This machine works perfectly and I would recommend it for anybody who like to grill cheese in the open air (do not try indoor - the smell is terrible). It is the perfect instrument for a wonderful afternoon with friends - if you know how to use it.

Great expectations
First time cheese grill buyer. It is excellent although on the expensive side but worth the money. You get what you pay for. I would suggest grilling near a open window or outside for the smell factor the cheese will produce. It's makes for a great family / friends experience.
