Sock Stop Bordeaux, Red, 100 ml

When applying it makes bubbles ingress you won't stop squeezing it. The lid doesn't screw and the bick got clogged first time using it. I used something to unclog, and i thought it was fine, but when i squeezed I ended up having it all over my clothes and couldn't remove the product. So i probably need a technic how to apply it.

I have a drawer full of very thick socks that are too thick to wear with any shoes, slippers or trainers. Instead of throwing them out I used sock stop to add grips and I wear them instead of slippers in the house, where it’s all hard floors.I managed to very thoroughly do 5 pairs of thick socks in a spiral pattern.Some of the socks needed several layers as they were very absorbent.Using cardboard foot shapes helped keep the socks in the right place and stopped too much soak through.I left them to dry for about 15 hours and they were fine.Seems to wash well too.More socks to do, another bottle ordered.

I bought this to add some grip to the thigh strap for my Ring Fit Adventure on the Nintendo Switch. The strap they provide is great, but it does tend to slip down your leg when wearing it, especially over clothes.I was very careful when snipping the top off the container - as other reviewers have mentioned, you want to keep the opening small, so you have the most control over the flow. The liquid was easy to apply and dried fairly quickly. I used it in the neoprene finish of the Joycon Holder as well as the more porous strap itself.I found that I only really need a single application on the flatter smoother neoprene surface, but needed a couple of applications on the strap, the first application providing a base upon which I could add another bead which remained raised. The material when dried is strong and flexible and did exactly what I wanted which has stopped the Ring Fit thigh strap from slipping during workouts. There's lots in this container so I'm sure it will be used for other applications, but I can certainly recommend it for use on fabrics, just be aware you may need multiple applications on porous surfaces.

I’m no artist but I love my froggy slippers and had to replace the soles I could of just done dots but no I tried some frog faces too. Left them over night and could wear them the following morning. Brilliant. Grippy and strong perfect. If I have one note is that it bubbles up and dosnt come out the bottle very easy but I’m sure with a bit more practice my next crafty job will be perfect.

I found it hard to be precise with this, but it does work very well. I have used this on sock my kids already had.

I love this product, I was a little worried from some of the reviews but I think it's amazing and turns my beginner knitted slippers into a lovely gift. It does feel very runny when it comes out but it dries more solid and rubbery to stop slippage. It is worth trying it out on a discreet area first and do make sure you don't move it once it's on and before it's set, I did dots in rows and left them in the garden overnight and they were set by morning. If you want them to look really professional it may be worth applying two coats but it really did the job after one.I've already ordered in another colour.

A doddle to apply and the results are great, a little seem to go a long way!
