Expensive & had a funny taste. I doubt I'll buy this brand again.

Had to send this back as the bottle had leaked in transit. No security seal on this product, which as a human consumable supplement is a big no-no. Bought a different one to replace.

I'd never heard of this stuff a month ago, only discovered it whilst researching how to eliminate flies from houseplants (which it does but don't waste this grade, get a cheaper option). Anyway, I was very sceptical about ingesting two million old fossilised algae that sounds like it might be tiny slivers of something very like glass, but I gave it a go cos I read other reviews about it. All I can say is I wish I'd discovered it when I used to have hair. I dont have much left on top so keep it very short so what's there now has grown since I started having a teaspoon of this every day, and it is very different to the brittle hair that used to grow, its softer and feels nicer. I know it sounds weird but my skin feels a bit less like shoe leather and my nails look healthier. If I was a woman I'd be chucking out my hair and nail products and having this instead, as a man I'm not going to save anything on those products but I'm a diatom convert from now, seriously, give them a try. I'll be buying the bigger bottle on subscription in future.
