This is my first smart watch. I took much time to look at the reasonably priced fitness watches on Amazon...I read the reviews, looked at the ratings and one of the most important things that I did was I also went to Google Play Store and read the reviews of the app that particular watch used. I found the “H Band”. Comparing with several smart watch, I choose this one. Amazing! I even found the official website of this store.It's much easier than I expected to get it to work, downloaded the app, linked the device, then ready to use. But I am having a problem keeping it paired with my phone. It’s constantly disconnecting. I sent an email off to customer service. I did receive a response from the company and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they responded and how very nice they were. They suggested to allow the“H Band" App to operate in the background in the phone settings...problem solvedI don't swim, but just needed a fitness watch that could take getting rained on, no issues there.I am not a big reviewer, but feel like this would work well for a lot of people.

A mixture of nice functions and a poor supporting application.Pros:Attractive face, easily read.Interface can go between digital and a hard-to-read analog.Surprisingly accurate blood pressure -- within a few points of the doctors officeSeems to avoid false positives, like counting steps when you're simply moving your armIt will allow you to log a bathroom break in the middle of the night without turning off the sleep mode. More on this below in Cons.The tap function to go between screens works well.It charges fast, typically less than 90 minutes. Uses built-in USB tab that one of the wrist bands attaches to.Wrist band is comfortable and easy to use.Bluetooth connect is easy, sync is quick.Cons:Software application -- H Band -- obviously written by someone, as mentioned in other reviews, who does not speak English wellNotifications -- unable to turn them off. I have an iPhone and with the H Band Notifications turned OFF, yet the notifications still come. If you are set to display messages (SMS TXT, Email, incoming phone calls), they will shake your wrist just as much at 4 PM as at 4 AM. They happen all the time or never. I cannot figure out how to not have it shake my wrist with that first-of-the-day 5 AM email.The "run" option -- at the conclusion of your run, the "pause" does not work and a "stop" does not exist. The only way to stop it is to exit the run screen and all data is then lost.Only holds three days worth of data.Needs to be recharged every two days. Initially it was three, but now after several months it is two.If you get up early in the morning, say 6:30 AM for a bathroom break and then go right back to bed, it marks you awake from that break. So, if you are back in bed for another hour or two sleeping, it does not count that as sleeping.Customer service? Don't hold your breath. Didn't work for me on my issue with notifications.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Nice smart band everything works great beautiful design well made bright display does everything I wanted it to. The band is comfortable and the two color strap looks good. It is waterproof. I do take a cold shower with it on without any issues. The description says it is can not wear to swimming, what’s a pity!

The watch is a good quality. I watched a video on YouTube, because I was trying to figure out how to charge it. On the inside of the band you will see USB marked on the band, you have to gently wiggle the strap off. I'm very pleased with the watch and I did not have any problems connecting it to the App, it uses the "H Band" app. If you want to change the watch display you can change it on the App settings under my device then the Main Interface display, add alarm, etc. I have an Android Samsung Galaxy J3 and this has worked great on it. I also like the style of the watch, I think it looks nicer than the Fitbit without the price tag.

I can’t believe the quality for the price. It does everything I wanted and more. Not sure why reviewers had a problem getting message alerts– maybe they didn’t link their phones. Honestly, I didn’t even care about that feature. I got the watch for health reasons, but now I love that feature as well. It’s super easy to use, the app is great. It even grades your sleep and you can see the quality of sleep and the times you woke up. It does all the things the expensive smart watches do. Shocked to be honest!

Very good product just as they advertise the app also was some how easy to setup with the watch not supereasy you still required to use some basic knowledge and follow the directions on the app, The watch have very good battery my wife used for almost 3 to 4 days without changing it also it is water resistant mean you can splash water or you can do your dishes etc without worrying about water getting inside but is not waterproof. Overall I recommend this.

This is a very nice alternative to pricey fitness trackers. It is simple to use and only take about 40 minutes to charge. I can go almost 2 full days without having to charge it again. I will say some of the wording in the app is a bit weird, but maybe that has to do with its country of origin? Anyway, overall I am happy with my purchase.

I never make reviews. So take this as you will. This device really works. I know buying off-brand on a product like this can be sketchy but it works. It says what it will do and in my opinion it looks better than others. There is a delay between apps with steps, heart rate. I have IOS, and I feel that each separate device is picking up different things. But you can easily add things up. It does have to be tight to be able to read everything, but I feel like that’s how most of these products work

This is the second fitness tracker I've bought and its by far the better. It has really comprehensive functionality and looks stylish. I'm not 100% about the app. Other apps seem to have more detail. But my main problem with it is that when you're in Exercise mode it seems too easy for the mode to be cancelled accidentally. Its a shame, because otherwise its a good tracker. But the exercise mode cancelling almost every time I use it makes it difficult to actually track my fitness accurately.

Great fitness watch, everything works well except for some few kinks. The watch & the apps needs to be re-booted to get sleep monitor results. It's not enough that the bluetooth is on, the apps also needs to be always open at the same to be in sync with the watch. Unlike other smart watch apps that can continously runs in the background even if the apps were closed, as long as bluetooth is on & connected.

The watch itself is pretty looking however I didn't like the way it worked. I found it wasn't keeping track of my steps properly compared to my phone tracker & the app they want you to download has horrible reviews (didn't like it). I have decided to return this item. Rather put in the extra money & get a more reliable tracker that connects with my iphone.

This watch has a really sleek design, making this a great watch in terms of fashion alongside functionality. I've been using it to track my sleep so far and it has been working great in regards to that, and I also enjoy that it lets me know about any notifications that I get on my phone. Personally, I haven't experienced the kinks mentioned in a few other reviews and found that it was quite easy to setup, so it's a 5/5 for me!

I wanted to have one and made the right decision to buy this. Looks really good in my wrist. Fits perfectly. And to my surprise it was very user friendly, very easy to use. The screen is very clear and crisp. Now i can monitor my heartbeat while I exercise and have a pedometer too. So happy with my purchase.
