UPDATE 2: well it happened again with the new earbuds. they stopped charging after just over 1 month of use. i attempted to contact customer service via email, but i haven't heard back from them. they were very responsive before, when i had given my 1-star rating. now i can't get a hold of them. so it's back to a 1-star rating because this product is seemingly defective, with now 2 of the same product having the same charging issue. will be going with a different brand for my next wireless earbuds.UPDATE: my original post was 1 star because the headphones stopped charging. i have now given this product 4 stars simply for customer service. soundpeats reached out to me and offered to send me a new product free of charge, presumably under their 12 month warranty. getting the new product was a relatively easy process. i've only had the new earbuds (black, unfortunately not pink, but not a big deal) for a few days and they work fine. but then again, so did the other ones - for a couple months. so it will take some time to see if these new earbuds end up having the same charging problem as the old ones, but as of now, i'm happy with the product and soundpeats customer service.ORIGINAL POST: for the 2 months that this product worked, i loved them. they were comfortable during my walks and harder workouts. the sound went in and out sometimes, and the buttons weren't always responsive, but i could live with that. and i loved the pink color. but after 2 months of use, they just stopped charging. it's too late to return them so i'm stuck with a dead product. really disappointed. 1 star.

I love these earbuds! The color is nice, they're comfortable, and they last a long time I can easily get a good 7 hours of audio. The volume of the earbuds can be adjusted on its own so you don't always have to turn the volume on your device all the way up. The packaging is clean, sleek, and modern, and it even includes a carrying case for storage and it's own charging cable just in case you don't have a standard micro USB (aka an Android charger).

Ordered a pair in pink, they’re really cute and aesthetically pleasing to look at but.....I had barely put it to use yet on the 4th day after I received them, the left ear bud started emitting a very loud static noise while it was turned off and as it was charging as well. The noise would last for about 2 mins, stop on its own, then it would return and static would crackle in between periods of time. I also played music and the static could still be heard very faintly but once the music stopped the static returned and grew louder.I also noticed that when charging the head phones, the red light that signifies whether it’s charging or not no longer stays on for longer than 5 seconds. I’m disappointed. I don’t know what happened, perhaps I received a faulty pair :(

Update: After reading my initial review, SoundPEATS contacted me and offered to send the Q 35 as a replacement. They seem to have adjusted the microphone between releases and I highly recommend the Q35. My review is on that product page.As a busy mom, it's important for me to have a hands-free option for phone calls and this is not it. The earbuds themselves are great. Lots of options for sizes, easy switching from one device to another, and great sound for my purposes (mostly music and audiobooks, occasionally movies/shows) means that I really want to like these. The only problem comes when I use them as a phone headset - no one can hear me. They seem to work for a few minutes, then I sound far away, then crackly with static, then gone altogether. I'll probably keep them to use as headphones, but I'll get something else for hands-free calling.

This is great if you only going to use it to listen to music, it’s fantastic where it basically block the outside noise. However if you are using it as a Bluetooth it’s not so great, when I’m walking and talking on it the person on the other in can’t hear me, they hear statics, if you stay still it works good also the battery not as long as they say. It’s really a 3 star rating I gave t a 4 star because he seller is great and they do get back to you right away and do what they can do solve the problem.

I’ve never actually written a review before ever, but I’m pretty disappointed in this product actually and I’m really bummed about it.. I have small ears and it’s hard finding buds to stay in them without having a clip (which is also usually too big for my ear anyway) so I was super excited about these after reading the reviews. I sweat really hard when working out so a big concern was if the sweat would ruin them or not and after reading others reviews I was confident that these would hold up for me! Well.. I’ve had them for barely over a month, and a week ago I noticed that the sound quality had pretty much gone to shit and I can only ever hear music coming out of one bud at a time so the sound is always one sided and super muted sounding. Super sad about this and wish I would have known this before spending the money, but on a positive note the battery life does last pretty dang long which is a huge plus and why I rated them two stars.

Pros: Great color, sound, and fit in my ears well (I have half inch gauges, that makes finding decently fitting headphones difficult).Cons: I wish the battery lasted longer, the cord between each bud was longer, and that the magnets were a bit stronger.Other than that, these are more than worth the money I paid. I'm quite satisfied with my purchase.

My headphones didn’t last past one use. They skip songs by themselves. I tried to test other plug in headphones thinking it was the app or something on my smartphone screen, but it’s happened for the past three runs I have taken. I was very disappointed as this product recieved so many positive reviews. When they did work they sounded awesome, the fit was comfortable, and the battery life was great.
