It also includes examples of timing and standard Buddhist music phrases.

Glad to see a CD
I had a used copy of the book that this CD accompanies. Originally, the tracks were on cassette. Glad to see a CD,which is more searchable too.I wouldn't mind some updated tracks. You can hear vehicles in the background while listening to learn the music. Wish I had a better shakuhachi.

I have the guy's book, and if you get it you'll see he refers to tracks on the CD all through, so I got the CD.
