LOVE this so much!
This was super easy to put together, and fit my 36" front door perfectly. I live in an older condo and my door opens onto a carpeted hallway only (not an outside/outdoor area). There are noises, smells and curious pets in the hallway all the time, all of which has been muffled. Thankfully the smells (!) have been eradicated completely. Also our hallway is ice cold so this has cut down on the freezing air coming in under my door enabling me to keep my apt. at the perfect temp. I had a little issue with the Velcro strip adhering on the door jamb but that's due to my door having a high-gloss paint on it, not the fault of the product. I used a bit of glue to keep it in place and I've not had a single issue since. Love this and wish I'd gotten it two years ago when I bought the place and moved in. Happy to support a small business, too!

Great purchase!
We have a giant gap under our door. Our house is old. Like really old. I think the main part of the house where our front door is located was built in 1920. We’ve had people come out to try to fix it because we live in a rather cold climate and it lets allot of heat out and it makes out heating bill rather high. So, with that in mind. I fully recommend this thing. It looks kinda weird but now when our house is set to 68 degrees it’s warm inside instead of being legitimately freezing. We also put blankets up between our older windows which is helping too. But we did that weeks before we bought this and honestly the blankets weren’t able to do a thing until we blocked that gap under our door. So, if you have an issue like this stop reading and just buy this thing. It will save you way more money in your electric bill than this costs.

Not great for noise
I live in an apartment, and I got this for a few reasons: 1. I wanted to keep my hot/cold air in my apartment, not the hallway. This does a great job at sealing that gap under my door, and my apartment is always at an appropriate temperature despite the hallway being incredibly hot in the summer. 2. I wanted to reduce noise transfer between my apartment and hallway/neighbors. I still hear kiddos running down the hall and adults talking as they walk by, and it doesn’t seem to have dampened that much…. However, when I step out, I can’t hear my TV/music, so maybe it is working and my neighbors are just loud. 3. I wanted to keep the odors from the hallway from coming in. My building allows smoking, and I’m a non-smoker. This seems to do a great job of keeping the smell of smoke (cigarette and otherwise) and cooking odors out of my home. I’m not sure how it would do on a door that goes outdoors, but for an indoor door, I fully recommend.

DO NOT BUY! WASTE OF MONEY NOT THE SAME PRODUCT ADVERTISED!
DO NOT BUY!!!!! I cant express this enough! This is a complete lie and waste of your money. Ive had this less than half an hour and i already sent in for a return! This POS is not what is advertised. Its cheap crappy thin material and the foam inside is folded in the box so its not stright. Its bent and squished at the folds. The stitching is already falling apart. My old towel i use in front of the door i bought this for does a better job than this thing! What a piece of crap! Theres still a big gap under where this thing lays when the door is closed. So it doesnt do ANYTHING! I could fit my fingers underneath the door with this thing under the door with the door closed. Absolutely useless. Ive never returned something so quick in my life. Not to mention the box it came in looked like it was just used as a football in the NFL.

EASY TO INSTALL & ADJUST
We have three exit/entance doors in our house. This is the second time that I have purchsed these Twin Draft Guards. While the original ones were still working after being in use for over four years, they were beginning to look a little shabby. The fabric on these can be removed and washed, which I did several times and they came out very well; no shrinkage in the material. But finally we decided it was time to replace them, but with the same Draft Guard. They are not fancy or beautiful, but they work to keep the cold air out and the warm air in; that's what we wanted and paid for.

Not what I'd hoped
I feel like this thing COULD work really well, on a different door, but for my particular situation, it just didn't work at all. While the product says it's designed for extra-large gaps, if you have the kind of front door where the entryway is set a bit above the floor, it just doesn't work the way it's supposed to. To explain further: My door has a gap of about half an inch between the door and its frame. But the actual door frame is set with a little entry step. So when the door swings open, it is actually about 2 inches above the floor. That creates a problem when I try to use this draft guard, because it doesn't actually stick to the bottom of the door itself. So while it stays in nicely when the door is closed, once I open the door, the gap is almost as wide as the guard itself, so the thing gets wedged and stuck under the door, making it hard to open, and basically un-useable. I don't think it's necessarily a bad design -- It just doesn't work at all on my front door. I'm planning to keep it to set against the gap when I am home, like a traditional one-sided draft guard. I think it will work just fine for that. It's just not what I had hoped.

Great Fix
I have a door that faces west and receives the incoming storms in Wyoming. Every winter snow would blow into the garage at the base of the door. I put some material there-which hung out in the back, but mostly worked....just didn't look very tidy and the material would be wet when the snow/ice melted. The twin draft door guard was a perfect fit for my door and perfect solution! It was easy to put the foam into the sleeves and put it to use. The material feels sturdy and the black looks better than the green material I had used. I have had a couple snow storms and the wind usually blows here; but with the draft door guard, the snow is staying outside. I would highly recommend this if you have a door that needs a little help keeping the cold and elements out. Well worth the money and I like that there is a barrier on both sides of the door.
