Bushman Monopod

I love this monopod. The construction is excellent! Instead of using a plastic clamp to keep the pole extended, they use a nut that tightens down on each extension length. That nut will last forever, the clamps used on other monopods will wear out quickly. This one monopod has replaced the following for me Bestshoot 38 Inch Aluminum Monopod Selfie Stick, Bestshoot Desktop Mini Tripod Load 3KG Universal, Manfrotto MTPIXI-B PIXI Mini Tripod, and Manfrotto Compact Extreme 2-in-1 Monopod & Pole. The silver counterweight I thought might be gimmicky, but I was pleasantly surprised at how well it actually functions and perceived stability it adds. The Tripod is well constructed and lays nearly flat. Overall it has a nice craftsman hand assembled quality about it. Even the lanyard is well made. If you are on the fence, Id suggest you jump off and get this. I am somewhat hard to please when it comes to quality and this monopod was beyond my expectations. Communication with the seller was great and shipping came faster than anticipated or as updated here as well.

This is an update roughly a year later I I'm still not impressed with this monopod I don't think it's worth $125 the first one I got had some Benz in it and they replaced it and it was in the same condition but I did continue to use it. The top extension which is the part that connects to the camera has ceased quit working and like I said this is a $125 monopod it should last more than a year. Very disappointed.

If you are shooting with a 360 camera, this is the most EXCELLENT monopod made. Do not hesitate.

Amazing Monopod! Weighted makes this superb for the windy area I live in. The magnet is extremely useful too. I had a problem initially, but the company fixed it immediately even though it was obviously due to shipping damage. I'd do business with them anytime.

This is a very solid monopod! The footprint is the smallest I have used and seen. I like the weighted base, but only use it in windy conditions. I may have received an early unit as mine included some steel chips from the manufacturing process and tool marks in the base weight, but the marks are not visible when the monopod is assembled.
