Though this isn't wind resistant, it is very strong-stronger than most. It's never turned inside out on me and I used it in all kinds of weather to walk my dog.

It was a little longer than I thought it would be but that’s good. It’s a Christmas gift for some I know. They keep an umbrella in the car for just in case situations but it’s so old and a bit broken. I figured they could use a newer one that they’ll like better since it has paw prints. They have pets so this will be perfect. Packaging was ok, bubble wrap around the handle was good. Overall, would I recommend this? Yes. Would I want to get one for myself? Sure!

I've lived in the PNW since 2004. Upon arrival, I was notified that locals NEVER use umbrellas. I bought that nonsense for a while, but I'm also older now and an umbrella helps protect me from the bone-chilling WINDS (as long as I walk into them). This umbrella has served me well and, since I'm an animal rescue person, it represents me well, too!

Super sturdy. Only wish had push button to put it down also!
