What this does do, is soothe and generally dull symptoms. If you have mild anxiety, especially if its about something specific like flying on a plane or a work meeting, these will work great. They did dull my anxiety and I found that the sickening stomach feeling I get did fade. However, I have more than mild anxiety and I actually found that I need anxiety to an extent. On these pills, I couldn't think clearly and had a lot of trouble finishing sentences. The anxiety may be dulled but it does come at a cost lol for me at least. I think these are definitely worth a try and will work wonders for some people. If you're anything like me though, where anxiety is a persistent and unrelenting feeling, this will only make it a little more bearable.
