MedalBlocks Challenge Coin Display - Holds Medals and Coins Up To 1 3/4 Inches

Excellent item! I originally purchased this item:  Coin Display, Acrylic Coin Display Holder for Trump Dollars,Penny, Challenge Clear Military Coin Box for Morgan, Peace, Ike Silver Dollar,Magnetic Fasteners For Collectors . However, there were no measurements listed and while the design was very nice, the recessed insert was not large enough for a standard-sized challenge coin.My husband is a former Marine and as such is eligible to request a challenge coin from the president - which he did from President Barack Obama shortly before the end of his final term in office. Each president has their own challenge coin which they distribute as they see fit and any member of the armed forces with an honorable discharge can request a coin.For technical information - my husband's coin is 44.5 mm wide and 3.8 mm thick and this display holds it quite well. The portion of the display where the coin sits is slightly larger than the coin itself, so the coin fits very comfortably and the opening is deep enough that the two halves of the display close securely. This is an outstanding way to display a challenge coin. Be sure to measure your coin well - including how thick it is - before choosing your display. The magnets are SUPER strong and you actually have to slightly twist the two halves of this frame to break the seal. So this makes a very durable and safe home for your coin.Good price, excellent packaging, highly recommended!

What a great way to display a coin!! Be sure to measure the coin first, I didn't first go around 🤦, but second time was the charm. My coin was 1 1/2 inches, and my option was a 1 3/4 inch opening. My coin came enclosed in an acrylic case. The entire case was too thick to allow the magnets to secure completely, BUT, I left the back case on and it fit perfectly into the opening, centering the coin. You can't even tell it's there and there is no slippage of the coin. Magnets are strong and secure. Elegant display. Would purchase again and again as needed.

Really nice display case for my VP coin. The case is made of three parts. One center piece with the coin cut-out and two windows that magnetically hold it in on either side. The only drawback has been easy scratching so any cleaning should be very light. I cleaned with a microfiber cloth but perhaps pressed to hard or was too aggressive which resulted in micro-scratches or what looks like swirl marks on the surfaces.

Great way to display coins. Excellent quality. If you're smart about it, you will measure your coin's diamameter and thickness so you can purchase the correct fit. That's why some people are leaving negative feedback because they don't realize there are several sizes since not all coins are the same size. You can also purchase spacers separately to make your coin fit.

This seems like a great product, but unfortunately I marked this as a 1 star due to the fact this is a product that is to display something nicely in a glass case and be proud of the item you put in there, but I obtained my case with a good scratch right where everyone can see it. I’m not happy about that as it looks like I just throw my stuff around like it has no value. I would have rated this product very differently, but due to the item I am displaying in there I’m very disappointed I have to display it like this. I do not want to have to go through the whole return policy as it’s a pain.

It's two pieces of acrylic held together by 4 magnets.It's easy to use, you simply pull the two halves apart. At first I was reluctant to pull them apart, I thought they screwed together. But they are small strong magnets. You might want to wear gloves so you don't get fingerprints on the inside of the acrylic.It looks like the coin is floating in the acrylic.It looks great on the shelve!

Excellent item, comprising three parts (front, back and the central piece with the hole to fit the coin). They are all kept in place with strong magnets, creating an outstanding case.

I am really happy with quality and look of the case. I am giving 4 stars because my 1 3/4 inch challenge coin moves around in the case and I have to adjust it from time to time if it's picked up or moved. Easy to open and realign, just wish it was a tighter fit for the coin. Again it looks great and is good quality.
