Have used these for two years - bundle package is great deal
I developed a skin rash a few years ago. The Doctor said to increase my scrubbing and use very hot water. The 'jump-away from the nozzle" kind of hot water. I have gone through a dozen of these scrubbers. With that experience let me tell you what I have learned.1) Do not lean into the scrubbing too much. Better to take multiple showers per day than to over-thrash your skin.2) Use angular scrubbing, not straight line. Your skin does not register straight-line scrubbing and will not appreciate it. Use swirling actions in both directions, half-pressure, not hard.3) I use body wash and they are all NOT the same. Experiment with different body wash brands until you find one that allows you to reduce the scrubbing and still get results. Some body wash products seem to provide no skin relief at all. Take note how your skin feels one hour after the shower. Do you really feel clean?4) These plastic-mesh scrubs will last about two months before they start dragging like a steel rake across pavement. If you feel lacerated after a good scrub --- you are either scrubbing too hard or the scrubber has worn out.5) The parts of the body where skin creases, folds or skin meets should be spread with fingers and swirl-scrub in both directions for best results. Again take it easy, let the mesh work with the body wash and hot water. Do not get carried away. You can take another hot soapy shower in a few hours. The world does not end when the water is turned off.6) If you intend to go all out, start at the toes and scrub every inch of your body as indicated above. Think of waxing a car, except you are using very hot water, a new scrubber and that perfect body wash that you finally found.7) Relax - it may take a month to actually scrub off the dead skin. If you get skin outbreaks, as I did on my ribs, it tells you that you are penetrating the dead skin and it is breaking away. My shins looked like tree bark shedding away due to years of under-attention to scrubbing.8) You have a husk of dead skin on exposed areas, like shoulders, hips, back and face. When scrubbed off it may light up a little and form speckles of red skin. This is the result of scrubbing and tells you where the work needs to be done until that red-barky-speckling ends. You are breaking off dead skin and the new skin underneath is reacting to air for the first time in years.9) As stated above, do not scratch the skin by getting carried away. Take a breath, crank up the hot water, and get to swirling at half-pressure. Give your body time to catch up to you -- and the new skin will adjust with minimal redness. The itchy and scaly skin that arises is a result of your scrubbing and gives an area to focus on next time.10) You need to realize that an entire month may elapse before you realize what I am saying. Do not scrub too hard and do not miss any body parts. Get a good back scrubber and hit it from all angles. Think of the most difficult areas to reach and work out a technique that lets you give it the attention it needs.11) Get it from all directions -- avoid a single scrub technique. Scrub from the side, top, back and do whatever gymnastics necessary to vary the scrub technique. Your skin will respond well if you swirl in both directions and avoid straight-line scrubbing. Let your skin recover and work different areas with each shower until you have all the husked-skin falling off and smoothing out.12) SUMMARY: As you drag your fingers across your outer leg once a day, you will notice the skin is smoother. Give yourself feedback with your fingers on the tough areas. Notice the positive results over time. Clogged pores will rise up and seem stubborn. They have been covered by the dead skin. These clogged pores will eventually drain, so do not pick at them.ADDENDUM: A thick skin lotion will be required because you will feel quite dry at first. Have a pump bottle of Jergens or Dove skin lotion nearby. Do not apply until your body cools off - or it drips right off you. Apply carefully and get every curve on your face and neck, elbows, knuckles, eye sockets, joints, crotch, butt crevice, etc.Just like with scrubbing, moisturizing is detail-oriented. You want the lotion to soak in WHEN you feel dry - not before. Let the skin breathe - but keep it moisturized, I love Oil of Olay (the squat pink bottle), even with that perfume scent, lol....I use that when I'm not leaving the house for several hours.Good Luck ;)Ron

Great bang for the buck
These poofy bath thingies are the best things I have come across if you want to get a lather going. I used to just use a bar of soap and a wash rag in the shower but when I discovered these things, it changed the way I showered forever! They build up a great lather, good scrubbing and they hold together well for a few weeks. After a couple of months it's probably time to throw it out, but at less than $2 bucks apiece, you can't go wrong. Great bang for the buck.

they are what they are
When I buy a pouf, I want it to have 4 things. It needs to be soft. It needs to be big. It needs to make a lot of lather. And it has to rinse out quickly and easily. These are pretty soft. They aren't like cotton balls but that's ok. There should be some exfoliation without feeling like you are washing with sandpaper. You get that here. These are not huge. I wear size 8 surgical gloves and these are slightly smaller than my hand. I like them bigger than that so that's why I took off one star. For a smaller guy or for a lady, these are probably a good size. These lather well and aren't a pain to rinse out.So, there you go. Not quite big enough for my liking but otherwise a good product.

Excellent Quality and Value for Money!
I purchased the Aquasentials Mesh Pouf Bath Sponge and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. These bath sponges are the best I have come across in terms of creating a lather and providing a good scrub. They hold together well for a few weeks and are definitely worth the price. I highly recommend these bath sponges for anyone looking for a great bang for their buck.

Exactly What I Needed
In the past I was the type of person to jump into a shower and use the bar of soap over most of my body, but I was always pretty lazy with it. Once I switched to body wash I would squeeze a decent amount and lather it around most of the convenient body parts, again rather lazily.I've since taken hygiene slightly more seriously and wanted a way to really cover all the nooks and cranny's on my body effectively. I really wasn't sure what I needed or what I'd like, so I went the cheap route. I came across these on Amazon and bought them based off the positive reviews. The Pouf's are larger than I thought, definitely bigger than my closed fist. I put a pretty small amount of body wash on the pouf and am able to cover all over my body without problems. I do have a bit of an issue reaching my mid-to-upper back. The pouf doesn't feel like sand paper and I definitely enjoy using it. It's something simple but useful, and cheap. Exactly what I hoped and what I ordered.Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Durable Sponges
I used my current one for over a year now. I know you're not supposed to, but this sponge is just that durable for me to continue using it like that. It still lathers really well, though I think it's time for me to move on to a new sponge for sanitary purposes.

Great shower scrubbies - love the texture and color!
We needed new shower poofs/scrubbies. I bought these because of the large package option and the variety of colors. Plus all of them are the same texture - so no one can fight over which one is harder and which one is softer. These are HUGE and fluffy, but very scrubby. The colors are great - nice and bright. You receive 2 of each color - hot pink, purple, blue and green. They each come with a hanging string, so you can hang them from your shower handle or a hook in the shower. They are soft, but strong with scrubbing. I find they are nice and make me feel well washed.I will get these for the next time I need to order more!
