Big price....little info and hardware
I gave it a four star.. heavy duty cart..wheels and bearings..pump and reel work great...but don't get rid of the picture on the box...you'll need it for a reference on how to put it together....and while your waiting for it to be shipped in...go to the hardware store and get yourself four 5/8 bolts..nuts..and washers 1"1/2 long cause they don't pack them in for the reel to be anchored down!!!

works as advertised
no assembly instructions and not ample hardware supplied to complete assembly but otherwise works great and keeps me from making a mess putting oil from a 55 gallon drum in a fleet of dumptrucks 3 stars due to the added trips to the hardware store for nuts and bolts
