Single Resistance Bands, Workout Bands with Handles and The Exercise Bands with Door Anchor, Suitable for Resistance Training, Physical Therapy, Home Workouts, Boxing Training

These resistance bands are surprisingly effective. I was looking for bands with handles and these have that. They hook over a door or under your feet and allow you to get a gym quality workout at home. We have gym memberships but haven't returned to them just yet following the shutdown. I found a good routine on self.com to use these. There are many different exercises you can do so they are versatile. With proper use they are performing as promised. I ordered the lower resistance bands and can't vouch for the higher resistance bands.I'm enjoying using the bands and would definitely recommend them.

The product function is fine but the advertising is WAY off. I bought these bands particularly because I really liked the teal/turquoise color that they seemed to be. I was buying these for a friend for Christmas who had started a new home gym and the colors that she used had the same teal color... BUT then when the band arrived it was a dark forest green. I work in graphic design and I know the importance of a quality photo but if your photo looks nice but then the product shows up very different then the customer feels deceived like I did. I tried to reach out to the company but they did not respond. Wouldn't buy from this company again.

Just joined a gym, and have been working out with resistance bands. Been getting good results. So, when my trip to Florida came up (I’d be gone for a month), I decided to buy resistance bands. Didn’t want to loose what I gained at the gym. These work well, and even have a door attachment, to “heighten” my workout. Good quality, for the price!

The quality of this band is very good. I got a cheaper one and they were very flimsy, but this one is much better, very sturdy. It helps people like me who likes to work out at home, easy to use.

I love this set of the resistance bands. It came with different weight and a waterproof case. It is so small can fit into anything. So I don’t need a big space to turn my home into a gym. It is very useful when everyone has to stay in the house while the gyms are all closed. It also comes with two handles so I can grab them without lose them by accident and hurt myself. It has 5 different weights, so it is good for beginners and working my way up.when the pandemic is over, I can easily bring it to the park and do a work out outdoors since it is comes with a small case and I can just put it in my bag pack

This was exactly what I wanted in an exercise band. Right tension and seems to be made well. I have been using this for back strength and arms. So far so good.

I like this Single Resistance Band, it come with the door attachment. I use it to train my muscles on my arms anytime. and the kids love it too! They always play it as a kind of game. It worth the money.

This product arrived on time, it looks not that heavy duty, but it is really a good tool for exercise. I use it for building the muscle of my arm, which most other exercises can not really do. It is small and light, easy to carry and for any occasions. It well worth the money I pay.
