I’ve never owned a hammock before (first time buying one) and I could not have been happier with my purchase. With warmer weather approaching, I wanted to do something cutesy with my boyfriend that involved the outdoors. I thought about how cute it would be cuddling in a hammock together while taking in some nature. This prompted me to buy the hammock on an impulse but I have no regrets. We didn’t bother looking at the instructions on how to set it up and what not. It seemed pretty easy, tie it to the tree, make sure it was tight enough and clip the hammock on. My boyfriend and I both fit comfortably in the hammock—only thing is my boyfriend loves to move around a lot. He’s always trying to fool around so trying not to flip over or lose my comfort spot was a bit of a struggle. Through it all, the hammock didn’t give or budge and proved to be super sturdy. Another great thing about the hammock is the small bag that is attached to it. It makes cleaning up simple and quick and you can never lose it. BEST PART about that little bag is that it hangs on the side when the hammock is in use. You can use it to hold your phone, snacks, or drinks. It was a struggle at first when we didn’t notice the bag hanging on the side. Whenever we needed to grab a drink we had to climb out and then climb back in and get readjusted. Now we know better. Also, since the hammock is pretty big, I am looking forward to using it as a picnic blanket with my girls!

There are many parachute hammocks out there. How do you compare and decide? I chose this one because the description led me to believe it was the sturdiest and best made. Well, I was not disappointed. The ripstop hammock fabric looks like it will stand up to snagging and ripping. The fabric stitches look clean. And, the tree straps for hanging the hammock are outstanding; they are generous in length and the loops are stitched to the webbing not with 2 or 3 bar tacks but with 6 bar tacks per loop! The carabiners are aluminum and small; I was skeptical whether they would hold. But, no problem. I tested (200 pounds) the hammock and swung around in it without any failures. And, it was comfortable for my nap.

This is a step up from the basic double hammock all over amazon. I already own 2. Those can now be picked up with wire gate 12kn carabiners and tree straps for under $15 with a bit of shopping. This package has rip stop fabric, a very nice integral rip stop bag with compression strap, and continuous loop webbing for the gathered end instead of a bulky tied rope. I paid around $12 which was an unexpectedly good deal.

Dope hammock. Have had more complements on the slick diamond pattern than you ever believe (camping, shows, festivals). Know tons of people who have purchased after seeing mine, often right in front of me off of Amazon when I tell them where I got it! Get one you'll be way glad you did

haven't had the chance to lounge in it yet, but upon pulling it out of the bag and inspecting it, the quality is apparent in all pieces.

Slept in several hammocks, and this one is right on par with them all. Employs all of the premium features, such as having tree straps included, aluminum clips, rip stop fabric, etc., with a very reasonable price. Wish there had been more color options available, but truly can't complain too much because I got great bang for my buck. My only complaint is that the straps are a bit bulky (as compared to the straps I have with my other hammocks), even when rolled up, so it can be challenging to get them into the stuff sack. All of that said, I am very happy with my purchase!
