I have used this eyeliner, mostly Black Onyx, for many, many years! It is definitely my go-to product. Before online shopping I would be so upset when the stores would be out of this and I would be forced to use something else. I would always just toss those as soon as I was able to get my hands on this stuff! I love how easily it applies and the built-in smudger. I only have a couple of small points to make about these. First, it says "self-sharpening" but it does not actually sharpen the point. It is just that the surface area is small so it allows for more precise application. Unlike a traditional pencil eyeliner where the surface gets wider as the tip wears down so you need to sharpen it to get the pointed tip back, this always is a "tip" so no need to sharpen. Second, as I said, I have used this product for many, many years. Occasionally, I will receive one of these where the crayon is broken inside the cover, usually into many small pieces. It means that, as applying, the piece will just fall off. It's annoying, messy, and wasteful. But, that being said, it only happens very occasionally. Overall, I still love this eyeliner and I will continue to purchase it!

At first I thought the eyeliner was dried out because no product was coming out but then realized you have to twist the top part. The color is great and it goes on smooth. I smudge out right after applying and after that it says put. Recommend!

Good for the money but does smear and doesn't last all day. Nice for an inexpensive eyeliner. Easy to apply and goes on smooth.

Another great product ! Lasts longer than expensive brands which i have tried. Great color, (midnight blue), and great price. It’s sort of self sharpening with the clicking mechanism that increases amount of liner but doesn’t give a point. Still, i find it does a straight line and lasts on a SENIOR face which is amazing at 82 years old ! Recommend 100% !

Works great and doesn't transfer or smudge. Pretty easy to apply and get a thin or thick line without too much trouble.

Been using this product for years. Goes on smooth, stays on and perfect brown color.

First of all, I bought this product for two main reasons: first it was a cheaper alternative to what I was using, but still a name brand eyeliner, and not a pencil or generic. Secondly, I didn't want to use a straight up pencil, because I have found those hard to apply and sharp when first sharpened after getting dull, this seemed to address both those concerns. Pros: It is very easy to apply and roll up (or down which a couple I have used don’t). I have even applied this at red lights in the car or when my husband is driving and it is definitely user friendly. It is a good price for what you get Cons: Once I put it on, I have to be careful. It seems that a couple times a week, I will end up with in on my fingers, face, under my eye from smearing, which makes me sad. By the end of the day, it looks more like black eyeshadow than eyeliner. I can reapply it as eyeliner, but unless I wipe off my lid, it still overtakes the eyeshadow that I have on, which is normally not as dark as the eyeliner. I understand that you get what you pay for, so a twenty dollar eyeliner will and should be different than a five dollar eyeliner, but I was hoping it wasn’t as noticeable to me right off the bat. I will finish using the couple I have, but then am going to explore other options.

Lead is just soft enough ,rarely breaks and the navy is a perfect colour . Sharpens easily . Have used this for many yrs , hoping they’ll never discontinue or go new and improved which Usually ruins products .

This is awful, broke on use, dont know where the self sharpening bit comes in. But the colour is nice.

Smudges like crazy.
