Get this if you want to transport high-end computers or workstations
I used this packing material to protect my PC from shipping it from Virginia to Florida. it did its job but it was a little bit of a tight fit and was worried it would break something. But it removed fine and all my components were good. worth the investment if you have a high end gaming PC that you need to transport.

Very cool. Gets hot while expanding. Malleable for about 10 seconds. Expensive
A really great idea - these ship rolled up, and you can fit around 5 or 6 in a small shipping box. You unroll it, lay it flat on a surface, press hard on both pressure points to break the chemicals and start to mix them - then the bag starts to fill with foam. It's really quite amazing, but a few things worth noting:1) The bag gets extremely hot when you release the chemicals and it starts filling with foam -- so much so that there are steam vents on the top of the bag. If you were holding the bag in your hand it could burn you - that's how hot this gets.2) 3 out of the 6 bags I ordered didn't fill completely with foam - slightly disappointing given the high cost of each bad3) You have about 15 seconds before the bag fully hardens, so you have to quickly wedge it into the box you're shippingha. After than, the die is cast and the foam becomes hardened and is no longer malleable

These things are great for packing those oddly shaped things you need to ship. All that you need to do is take it out of the wrapper, unroll it, break the pouch of liquid by pressing down until you here the pop, and then you have about 3 seconds before the foam starts expanding. These are a lot better than packing peanuts. Some helpful tips I found:- Make sure you have your box read to go, as these things expand fast.- Once you get a hang of activating the foam, I like to unroll the pouch around the item I'm shipping before I activate it so I don't have to quickly put it in place- These things get hot. You have only about 15 seconds from activation to manipulate the bag before it gets too hot to touch. The one thing I'm not a fan of is that these are not recyclable. You can mail the inflated foam to recyclers around the world, but that doesn't seem economical. In terms of environmental impact, I'll stick with bubble wrap.

If I could give fewer than one star, I would. Exploded and sprayed expanding foam into my GPU.
On a few recommendations, I decided to use this to secure the internals of a desktop computer to prepare for it being shipped to its new owner across the country. I ordered two bags, knowing I should only have needed one, but got a spare just in case. The first expanded much much MUCH faster than the instructional videos showed, and thus expanded too quickly for me to get it into the computer. No big deal, that's why I got two. With the second, I got it inside the case in a timely manner, and as I was putting the side plate of the computer back on to contain the expansion, the bag exploded open and shot still-expanding foam into the inside of the computer as well as across the room. As shown in the pictures, foam entered the GPU and continued to expand. Not only am I now out the $25 or so that it cost for the two bags, but am also out a GPU. I don't think I have ever been this disappointed by a product, and I cannot recommend highly enough that you stay away from this if your intent is to use it inside a computer.
