It really works!
I used this on my Canon TR8620 and it worked like a charm. All but two jets were working poorly or not at all. I ended up cleaning four jets, all except the main jet for PGBK, which sees by far the most use. I used one 20ml syringe full, 5ml per jet. Now the nozzle check looks perfect. A few suggestions: (1) Change the paper towel under the printhead for every 5-10ml of solution you squirt through the jets. I ended up soaking the highly porous sponge like material under the paper towel. I actually took that out and rinsed it out. (2) The yellow adapter does not really fit over the smaller jets. I had to hold it firmly in place or most solution would have leaked. As I expect to use this again in the future for the same printer (3) please provide refill bottles for the solution. I would hate to needlessly buy all those plastic parts again and through the old ones in the trash.

Seems too good to be true, but it isn't.
I was skeptical, but it's $20 versus $350 for a new printer, so I figured I'd try it on my Canon G7020 mega-tank.Getting the printheads out was easy, and pumping the cleaning solution through them only took about 4 minutes per nozzle. Although the instructions say to wait 24 hours before turning the printer back on, video reviews seemed to indicate that's not necessary. It wasn't in my case. Printer heads reinstalled in a snap, and once reconnected, the ink flush routine filled the lines back up. See the video about the shortened ink flush cycle! My G7020 is printing almost as good as new now. Hope I can get another 3 years out of it!

Solved my problem of “printhead error” HP 8625
Worked a treat. Watched the YT video, and followed the package directions.Since the printer was more or less “bricked”, could not run any diagnostics reports.Following YT directions, ran 10ml through each c/m/y/k ink orifice two times, and cleaned up the printhead external. Got a few satisfying “puddles of mud” that presumably were the main clogs.Bottom line, printer is now happy and printed a good “quality report”.

Fixed my Epson WorkForce Printer
This worked to fix the clogs in my printer. The instructions that come with it are not the best, so it's better to follow the appropriate YouTube instructional video for your printer model. I highly recommend using new ink cartridges after doing the cleaning kit. It also may take several print head cleaning cycles to get the printer fully functioning again.

Incomplete instructions, no user support
When my HP 8600 gave me the dreaded "There is a problem with the printer or ink system" adn refused to print, I spen hours researching the problem and attempted several fixes, including cleaning the print head with alcohol and a syringe, to no avail. I purchased a Brother MFC-6890CDW from a colleague that turned out unable to print anything at all! So, with two defective printers, I decided to give this product a try, having viewed their convincing (conniving?) video. Sadly, the product is grossly misrepresented. The instructions are very sketchy; they do not tell or show you how to fill the syringe with the cleaning solution. They do not indicate the function of the additional small parts that come with the product (they appear to be adapters of some sort, but none of them are attachable to either the syringe tube or the solution bottle. The one and only attachment that BARELY fits the syringe tube won't fit the inkjet inlets on the Brother printer. Finally, the instructions indicate "If any problems with the product arise or you need general support please reach out to Best printers via Amazon directly so we can provide support" (sic). However, there is NO support conduit to the vendor via Amazon - only a link to a "brand" home page containing a menu bar with uninformative links. Very deceptive and unhelpful. Like others here, I, too, am forced to order a new printer. I also had purchased new ink cartridges for the Brother to help ensure that it would work - making this product all the more a waste of my time and money.

Product Not Needed for cleaning printer head
I bought this after watching your video on youtube. Then I watched a few other videos. Other videos didn't recommend any cleaning products. They just told me how to clean the printer head without any product. So I did. And my printer was clean and working great again before your product arrived. So I may return your product.

Worked great. - plenty of product
I had blocked ink jets and I used this product & I was able to get it working again. I watched a YouTube video prior which was helpful. The one tip was to move the cartridge over and place a small piece of paper towel on the track and bring the rack over the top & then use cleaner and it keeps the mess contained.

Brought my favorite printer back to life
Worked as advertised. Not a project for the faint of heart, non-technically inclined, or impatient type, but with simple tools, a bit of diligent planning and patient, careful work, this totally revived my Epson ET-2500 Eco-Tank printer's quality of output. It's been a great printer, so I was happy to not have to replace it. I should have ordered the replacement waste ink reservoir sponges, but chose to wash & dry mine instead. That took an extra day. With a fresh supply of ink in the tanks, the trusty Epson is back in business and working great.
