The lightning cord won"t stay plugged into the case

Updated review**Okay, I’m a jacka**. It obviously says on the product to use a lightning charging cord. I’ve been using cheap chargers that I buy in bulk. I one day happened to need a charger at a friends house and she had a lightning cord. It charged my phone AND the case within 30 minutes. The case gave my phone an extra full charge & 1/2. I updated my review to 5 stars.the charging on this case isn’t working correct. I charged it all night Saturday and it only charged up to two bars. Sunday i charged it all night up until 12pm Monday and it only had 2 bars, I used the 2 bars to charge my phone and that lasted 20 minutes. I don’t see a contact the seller option. I need this exchanged or something to fix this issue.

In theory it’s great and it worked it worked well. However after 3 months of constant use, the case stopped charging or working altogether. Bummer

With all my traveling I needed a backup battery for texting and photo taking. This battery backup case has been with me to Israel and to New Orleans for heavy use. The case looks great! It was very easy to insert my iPhone XS in the case. The case is very durable as I have dropped my phone a couple of times with no damage resulting to my iPhone. It is very compact in size and still allows me to carry the cell phone and case in my jeans pocket. I am able to use my iPhone charger to charge both the cell phone and the battery case at the same time. It was a very good price for the high quality value received.

I’ve had it fir three days. You charge it all night long and the case is still not fully charged. I have to take the care off in the morning to charge my phone ... not happySo the company texted me and was very concerned with getting me case that worked. I did receive a replacement right away that has worked much better. The customer service was prompt and attentive and so far my replacement is working great !Thank you !

I got the case because I am on my phone CONSTANTLY for work and was tired of the battery being exhausted and having to charge it constantly. Spirit of honesty, the first case I received didn't hold a charge and I was kinda pissed BUT the customer support that was included with buying this product was AWESOME, so that is why I am giving it five stars. So keep the little card in the box in case of emergency. They were fast to email me back, and offer either a replacement or money back right away. I chose to get another one to try it out, and I'm glad it did because I must have just got a "dud" because this case I have now works exactly how I wanted!

The first one I bought came broke as you can see in the 1st pic. It was just laying in the box it came in with no protection. I exchanged it that night and a few days later the 2nd one came with much more protective packaging that you can see in the 2nd pic and it was not broken. So far it has worked great! It fits my iPhone X perfectly, great charge, and seems durable.

I got this case to help give me a longer battery life, I work long hours as a CNA and often go out on hikes in my spare time, so having extra battery life was extremely needed and this case does the trick. It’s very durable and though it has a strong battery its not overly heavy. It fits nicely in my pockets and is easy to hold comfortably in my hands while taking photos, and while at work. I got rose gold to match my watch and I love the color but it comes in several others. It’s easy to put on and take off, much better than some other cases I’ve gotten in the past.
