Great so far
We really like this equipment. I got it for my son to practice for martial arts he takes and, instead, his mom and his sister have also found it to be a fun workout. I can see if you're good, and you get going, it's can be a nice cardio pump, and good for precision work., We filled with water. We can move it around the room, yet it doesn't seem to tip when hitting it, because the rebound spring seems to prevent that from happening - so in other words, it doesn't seem to have the same concerns about tipping or moving around as a punching bag that you have to weigh down with sand/water might.

Very Durable
Bigger than I thought it would be, more durable to. I'm 49 and its just as good for me. I thought it was for kids. I was pleasantly surprised, its suitable for teens and adults as well. Professional gym quality, maybe not, home gym - absolutely! I'm 100% satisfied.
