Works for long, frizzy hair!
I have struggled for a while with frizzy hair despite trying expensive conditioners. Since I have gotten older my hair has had a different texture and has not grown as quickly as it used to. I remember my mother complaining about having dry hair when I was young, and she used VO5 to tame it. However, she had a short haircut which made this product perfect for her. I wondered about whether I could use this on my longer hair without making it greasy. I decided to try it and was pleasantly surprised. It takes so little - just a small amount over the surface of my hair - to tame the frizzy and make my hair look so much better. The only thing I would change is to neutralize the scent. It is a little strong but not overwhelming and it does go away eventually.... definitely not a deal-breaker. I will always have this on hand.

Tame the “witchy”!
Over the decades my hair has changed & I now have what I call “witchy” hair. It goes more than a little bit wild (not a good look). I’ve tried a few other products but didn’t get satisfactory results. This product has given me the best results! Tamed the “witchy” & improved my hair condition. This product has given me excellent results with a very minimal cost.

A little dab will do ya
And I mean a LITTLE - less than a pea sized amount for shoulder length hair. Only mid hair and ends or you will look greasy. It's a super good all over hair mask for softness but you would need to wash it all out hard after only a few minutes. This one tube will last me 20 years and is a good value for softness. Why is it soooo inexpensive? Maybe the scent. I don't find it as offensive as some people have reviewed. I am not sure how much "purple" there is in this product. My hair is softer but not sure my gray is any brighter. Still I like the softness...for 1/10th the price of other fancy hair products. Try a classic!
