Q: is the seat adjustable up and down height wise?

The seat is not adjustable height wise . It is easily folded and lightweight . Taking it to the park is a breeze.The bike is low and will probably fit the average 18 months to 3 year old. My son loves his fly bike and goes super fast with it, it can be used in and outdoors . My only regret is that I didn't buy it sooner. At almost 3 he is outgrowing the fly bike height wise.

My grandson has the scooter and lives out of state so I don't know what the screws look like. Can you take the scooter to one of the home improvement stores, ACE hardware, etc. to find the screw replacement?

I bought two of these bikes off Amazon. They were the same just different colors and rebranded as far as I can tell.

Q: Are the wheels hard plastic or something softer? I am wondering how much they tear up indoor hardwood floors? Thanks.

The wheels are like fairly hard rubber. My granddaughter has ridden around on my hardwood floors and I see no problem. There could possibly be some scuffing.
