the cost
I am trying to be as green as I can by having reusable pods. They are expensive and it appears I can only buy them individually. It would be great if a discount could be obtained for buying 10, I don't see this offered anywhere

The capsule and accessories are great quality. Unfortunately there’s a lot of information that doesn’t come with using a reusable capsule. Through a lot of trial and error I’ve found out you’ve got to use espresso ground coffee, (filter and cafetière coffee doesn’t work). I’m still trying to work out the correct amount to put in. Currently it starts coming through but then dribbles.

Watery coffee! but....
I really wanted this to work. Sustained use of aluminum capsules over an extended period of time is surely detrimental to ones well being. We all know the issues regarding aluminum pots and pans and how heavy metals can lead to serious health issues later in life. Consider how these capsules are punctured each time you close that lid. High pressure water is forced through both ends of the perforated capsule, releasing tiny amounts of aluminum into your coffee every day for years on end!Long story short.. I tried various brands of coffee, medium to fine blended, but same watery result each time.I then cut open a generic capsule and carefully emptied the contents into the reusable cap. I had to really squeeze it all in there. I feel like this reusable cap is actually too small for the job. Interestingly it provided a satisfactory result. In fact it was an indistinguishable result to a generic capsule. So, what I can take from this is you need the perfect blend similar to that of generic capsule coffee. Im going to shop around and see what else works.Im down with the hassel of falling and cleaning a capsule but the hassle of finding what works is a bit of a stretch if you ask me.

Work as advertised but just not strong enough for me.
This refillable Nespresso pod is an excellent idea. Saving the environment from one use pods. The pods work as supposed to on my machine. You fill with coffee, lightly tamper, screw on lid and put in your machine. The water flows as a normal pod into your cup.Sadly, although these pods work exactly as they should. No matter how hard I try I can't get a strong enough coffee for my personal taste.I have tried extra fine grind, hard tampering but this only blocks the holes of the pod.

Dishwater Coffee
I should have read the reviews. In fairness, the product looks and feels 'quality', stainless steel, sturdy, solid little tamper. The top was a little fiddly to screw on but hey, no drama's....The coffee, was undrinkable. It was a gift and did not hit the mark. I should have done my research! It's all in the reviews.Sorry for the maker of this product. It looks and feels great! End results were very disappointing. If you like a strong (decent) coffee, do not buy this.

Didn't work properly
Unfortunately this product didn't work properly in my machine.Water ran clear after a couple of seconds I added illy coffee.Struggled to get the capsule to engage first time I felt like I was going to break my machine.Such a shame. Back to the proper pods for me and my cafetiere with the illy coffee 😥

Weak and ineffective
Even when filled with strong grade coffee there is very little strength or flavour from this reusable pod.

Didn’t work for me
It’s just ok. I don’t think the holes are enough to allow proper passage of the water through to make a proper coffee. I’ve tried maximum strength ground coffee and it still makes a very weak cup of coffee.
