so far the pump is woking exactly as advertised and i am very happy with the performance, it was very easy to set up and with the adaptor for the drainage discharge hose much easier to attach then other pumps, its very quiet and pumps water with a 1/1/2 inch discharge hose amazingly fast.very happy

Excellent. Clog free. Set up with 75’ of 1 1/4” drain hose to reach culvert. Drained ridiculously large amount of standing rainwater from our meadow. Mulch, grass clippings, debris and small sticks did not clog the unit. Dug 24” hole at low spot, surrounded with 36” high hardware cloth to help keep out debris. Placed unit in 5-gallon plastic bucket with many many 1/4 inch drilled holes. Set unit and bucket in ground and it worked perfectly. A longer power cord would be nice but this unit did the job. Auto mode worked perfect. Set level to lowest position. Five stars.

The media could not be loaded.  I drained 50k gallons or so out of my back yard, it took less then a day. I'm on my second pump because the first one had a problem turning on by itself. The company sent me a new pump, no questions asked. The second one works flawlessly so far, don't forget to get a check valve! I ran a line 200' to my ditch, well worth the money. It also sucked one of the rocks in the picture through the pump (roughly 1-1/8" rock) all the way through the pump and into my line and got stuck in the check valve. So keep in mind you don't want to place it mixed in with larger rocks that can get stuck in your check valve.UPDATE: After having this pump in place for awhile (I pulled it out and stored it during winter). The auto on works intermittently now. I dropped from 5 stars to 4 since I'm on my second pump already. Once I shake the pump it will turn on, pump the water level down then turn off. It still pumps great but defeats the purpose of having an auto pump. After talking to the seller on the phone they're sending me a third pump to replace the second pump.

Extremely efficient and easy to handle. It pumps water quickly which is the purpose of any pump.

Replaced our float pumps in three places near our foundation and ground water Wells. These work so much better than the others. I love the customizable water levels as our foundation hole needs a lower threshold than our ground water catch. They were super easy to install and it worked immediately. These pumps are strong enough to pump vertically and out to our backyard ravine. Super happy with these pumps. The company did a great job at a great price for total peace of mind.

I installed this pump in a 20 gal basin. After using the pump for six months or so the auto on feature was not reliable. A heavy rain during tropical storm flooded my backyard and connected patio area. Rain water almost had free communication with swimming pool. Now I operate the pump in the manual mode only. Bought a electrical switch to control the pump. the electrical switch has proven 100 percent reliable. The pump performs well but cannot stay up with the volume of water during heavy rain fall (4 inches plus in one hour). Buying a second pump to hookup in series with existing pump. This should double output of water discharge. Just hope both pumps will fit into existing basin. If not will get out my shovel and put in a larger basin. I connected the pump to my existing pool backwash system. Put in two check valves to stop back flow of water from pool discharge to sump basin. The pool pump overpowers the check valves and I get overflow water into the sump pump basin. When I connect second pump will put in a 1.5 inch valve to solve this problem. When I backwash my pool will close this valve to prevent water from flowing into sump basin. My discharge is a 1.5 PVC pipe schedule 40. Lift is not a problem. Only has about a six inch lift but the discharge pipe has a run of about 80 feet. The pump has no problem with this. Happy with the pump but find the auto own feature is not as reliable as I would like it to be. Hence, the electrical switch(which has proven 100 percent reliable). When I get the second pump will run them in series(manual mode) with the electrical switch controlling both pumps. Based on reviews looks like the manual switch is a product problem. Would recommend an electrical switch be a option for this pump. Very impressed with the performance of the electrical switch I am using. Happy with the performance of the pump in the configuration I am using it in. Hooked up second pump running both pumps using the electrical switch. Both pumps work perfectly. Happy with the set up now.

We’ll build good suction easy install. Fully submersible. The built in float is really nice and easy to set. Fits right into the sump pit. Easy to connect to discharge piping. Very nice sump pump.

Bought this pump for my driveway sump for use in heavy rains. By day 2, the trigger only works maybe half the time. So I have to go out in the pouring rain and turn it on so it doesn’t flood my garage. Power is good, but if you are needing to rely on it while it’s unattended, I would definitely not recommend it. One of the other reviewers mentioned connecting an external trigger to it. I might look into that…or just return the pump.

It works as described, sofar good.Very low noise , I'm satisfied with purchase.

this pump never worked, i had to go buy one at the local hardware store
