Love this mount. Has many installation options, fits many TV sets. Very sturdy, and compared to prices in stores for something equal or less of a product, this price beats them all.

We have purchased this mount for all TVs in our home. Never have they failed, easy to install (only gotten easier over the years), and great swivel/mount options.Sturdy (held my weight of 190lbs - don't recommend 😀), holds TV well through VESA mounting, the mount itself is very small and snuggles well behind the TV, lends good adjustment angles for proper viewing, leveling tool (magnetic) included, instructions and options/parts included are easy to read and aplenty to fit most mounting needs.Removal of the mount from the wall to reinstall/move is quite easy (in case that comes up, as it fir for us the first time we mounted one).

I love this product!So easy to install, seriously took a half hour or less. The instructions are easy to understand, they even give you visuals to show you the right way vs the wrong way & why it's the wrong way. They even give you a troubleshooting guide. And it is NOT going anywhere. The hardware they give you is good quality and they give you the right hardware for the job.I was impressed with the extensive variety of screws, washers & spacers so that you have a better chance of not having to go to the store. You even get a magnetic bubble level so that when you are marking the holes for the bolts to go in the stud you can ensure it is perfectly level without worrying about it falling off or needing a third hand. My TV is a Samsung 32" smart TV and the mount weighs way more than the TV which made installing the TV to mount easier for me anyway since I have chronic fatigue & I was able to do this with minimal help. If I would have done it in stages I could have done it all by myself, which is impressive. As for the screws they give you, I could have gone to the store to get the right length of screws to screw the mounting plate to the back of the TV but with the washers and spacers they provided I made it work.The only thing I will say is that if you don't have a drill, stud finder & socket wrench, this is going to be a very difficult installation for you and if you don't want to buy extra tools you may way to look for something different or borrow them. But with the quality and the price this mount is worth it!

This is a very nice wall bracket. Heavy-duty, high-quality, solid construction, better than expected. Fit and finish is excellent. When the package arrived, I was a little dismayed at the heavy weight of it, but discovered that much of that weight was due to the plethora of extra hardware included with the bracket, such as a whole variety of different size screws, spacers, and extension brackets to accommodate various tv configurations (this is in contrast to many reviews of other brackets that I researched). After installing the bracket, there were many parts still in the box because I used only the ones I needed for my tv and situation. However, to be clear, the bracket has considerable weight to it because it is very sturdily constructed.I mounted it onto the end of a cabinet, so my installation was into solid wood more than 3/4" thick. Rather than use the lag screws included, I used 5/16" x 1.5" bolts with lock washers and nuts. The elongated holes on the mounting plates allowed for easy lateral adjustment to insure that the bracket was hanging plumb ("vertical level"); this feature provides a little room for error when you drill the bolt holes (or pilot holes for the screws).The bracket offers good, easy adjustments in all directions through use of an allen wrench. Two sizes are needed: a small one (included) to tighten two screws used to secure the tv plate to the bracket and to adjust the tilt control; and a larger one (not included) to adjust the tension on the various pivoting joints of the bracket. With the correct size wrench, all adjustments were quick and easy. The tv can be tilted down considerably for a better viewing angle if the tv is mounted high on the wall.One detail to consider, depending on your tv and mounting situation, is the distance from the center of the tv when it is mounted on the bracket back to the wall when the tv is swung to be parallel with the bracket arms. The specifications say that the bracket extends 15" and that's probably true, however, if you swivel the tv so that the edge of it is up against the bracket where it meets the wall, the distance from the center of the tv to the wall is less than 15" (more like 13.5 or 14"). I found this out the hard way when I installed my 32" tv, which is 28.75" wide, and found that when I extended the bracket arms straight out and then tried to swivel the tv to be parallel to those arms, the tv bumped the wall before it was straight. So, to my way of thinking, this bracket is best used with tv's that are no wider than 27" if you intend to swivel the tv to the parallel position. If you don't need to swivel the tv in such a way, you probably don't need to worry about the distance I am trying to describe for you.Since I just installed the bracket, I can't speak to the durability of the product or the responsiveness of the seller's customer service. The package was packed well for shipment, although I was surprised by the fact that the package flaps were glued all around instead of taped, which is the standard method. This is the first review I've written because I judged that this bracket deserved a favorable, honest review for the benefit of future potential buyers. Highly recommended.

CONS: There is no finishing cap for the wall mount itself. So, once installed it looks industrial and is not very pretty. Fortunately, I was using this in a Lenai scenario, so that was not essential, but it would have been a nice touch. The last mount I purchased had a beautiful finishing trim that made it look really nice when done. The next "CON" is that the instructions do not address mounting the unit on a wall with siding. it addresses ONLY flat walls (both concrete & stud). So, I texted the seller via messenger to get some assistance on the project. They claim to provide "instant" responses. NOT TRUE. What it appears is that they have an automated response system that replies and then gathers info for a "human" to respond...I have yet to hear back and its been a full day and a half.PROS: Unit is well made. Solid. It allows the TV to stow dead center of the wall mount...which is great. I used some spacers that were provided to take up the room between the flat wall mount and the siding. I believe these mounting spacers were for the TV, but I used them to give me space for the siding and they worked great. Once the mount was up, the hard work was done. Everything else fell into place. The articulation is awesome. You can set the TV so that it is truly perpendicular to the mount. It can rotate almost anywhere you want to watch TV. It does so, easily. When the arm is fully extended, the mount holds secure without any loose feel. So I would recommend this mount with the caveat that their customer service is lacking.
