This is an extremely sturdy chair and I'm happy to have bought it. Moreover, the company was very responsive to the need. Upon discovering at the time of delivery that its height was set at a higher level than my requirement, it immediately found a way to correct it. The service and installation was indeed a pleasure.

This chair is the best solution foemmy home office. Have tried multiple chairs in past. Didn't find the comfort in any of them. With multiple adjustments being offered, this is the best option available in this price range.

Good chair but manual for assembly & function was not available.

Overall build quality of the chair is okay, but there are several major issues with it:1) If you move the chair forward while sitting on it, it tends to topple forward. Multiple times, I have barely escaped falling down because of this and I have to be extremely cautious whenever I am moving the chair around.2) The armrests are the most useless and uncomfortable armrests that I have ever seen on a chair. They have a curved design to allow your arms to fit in, but this design doesn't work as intended. The rear portion of the armrests is kind of pointy and causes major discomfort.3) The seat depth is adjustable, but the lever to control the same is very flaky and automatically gets displaced. This results in accidental adjustments to your preferred seat depth.
