Santa Ninfa Cavatelli Molisani Italian Pasta, 1 Pound (Pack of 4), 64 Ounce

After spending several days in Italy, I was hoping I could find some pasta that would "take me back" there. This pasta does. It is thick and delicious. It works with any sauce -- marinara, creamy ham gravy, pasta vegetable soup -- it's just the perfect pasta. The packaging is fancy, and I have even given some as gifts to my friends who are cooks. They love it, too!

I had always had fresh Cavatelli.When I saw that I could finally get some dried I purchased it right away. I found that by cooking it longer than directed and leaving it in the sauce for awhile made it almost like fresh pasta. I would buy it again and again.

Its hard to find Cavatelli in our area . This product is a good value . It has a unique texture that makes it different and enjoyable to eat.

I love this pasta! Very delicious and cooks to the perfect chewiness (I like it quite al dente). I only rated the "value for money" low because the Amazon page says "1-pound (pack of 4), 64 ounces" but I received a 2 pack, total 32 ounces. Amazon took care of it, but just be aware that the quantity stated is incorrect so it's not quite the deal it looks like.

Love these cavatelli, they keep well and cook up perfectly! Delish!

I liked it very much. It was made in Italy with semolina flour and is 171/2 ounces, Great value

This is a delicious 😋product and didn't mind spending almost $60 for a box of 20, but the individual packages this pasta comes in is extremely flimsy. When I received my box, 8 of the packages were ripped and the pasta was all over the box. Image what over 8lbs of loose pasta looks like. 😔 I would buy this again were it not for the cheap packaging.

I used. these for my pasta beans and they were delicious. The quality far surpasses American made dry pasta. It is areal treat to work with bronze cut pasta.
