Complex yet elegant with white peach characters, a creamy texture and refined finish. Vibrant pale green straw colour. Lifted bouquet of citrus, white peach and fig balanced with nuances of cashew and cedar fresh varietal aromas of lemon citrus and white stone fruit with nuances of creme brule and cashew nut complexity. The palate is very fresh showing attractive regional zesty lemon fruit flavours with hints of white peach. Attractive roasted cashew flavours and textural creaminess are balanced with a linear acid backbone that adds persistence to the finish.
