So I was sent the wrong color which doesn't really matter that much.The bigger issue is that this product is not what's shown in the picture at all. It's way smaller than described, and only has about half the gel beads needed to fill it. When I tried to put it on it left over an inch uncovered on all sides of my face and all of the gel beads sank to the lower half of the mask within 30 seconds. There were whole sections of the mask that just didn't have beads in it. wanted so badly for this to he awesome, and if it was made better I think it would have been. I was so disappointed because q lot of the reviews were so good. In the process of returning.

Don't waste your money on this cheap product. I was heating up the mask for the 2nd time and the product blew up on me. I now have tiny beads all over the place smh

I got Sofida Cold hot gel pack today. I put it in the freezer for a few minutes to get cold which it did. I used it on my face for just a little bit to see how it was going to feel, felt pretty good. I’m having to treat my face with some medicine and needed to feel something cold on my face. It didn’t feel cold enough but that could be due to the cream I’m having to use. I smell a little bit of an odor that I hope goes away. I’ll update after using for a week.

Now I see why the girl in the photo is holding her mask so close to her face they do not stay on well at all. If you don’t have a giant head and neck there is no way thee straps say on. And when I put it in the fridge for two days straight and wasn’t cold enough for me to feel anything. So I put it in the freezer and it’s completely frozen and I can still feel the coolest do it, the cloth on the other side of the mountains on those blocks out cold. It just does not fit at all.

It’s only about half full with the gel beads. They don’t reach every part of the face, you end up with hot and cold spots. Total false advertising.

Like the softness of this. The beads don't stay put...when I put it on, they move to my chin) I use it for heat. Also when I heat it up...I get nervous because of the plastic and the beads possibly breaking. Maybe used for cold/frozen only would be perfect?

Literally have no words to describe how terrible this is. Doesn’t get cold, the beads barely even move, the mask itself is just blown up with air.

The product image shows a face mask full of gel beads and that actual is barely half full, if even (see photo). I'm returning for a refund, not impressed
