Outperforms any other foundation I’ve ever bought
This foundation is probably the best foundation I’ve ever bought. At the time of this review, I’ve rebought this item 3 times and it never disappoints. I’ve worked in a hot sweaty warehouse that reaches 100+ degrees in the summer, and this makeup holds up and in fact looks better after the day is done. I have also worn this foundation to anime conventions with no primer or setting spray, as well as worn it in Japan where the humidity is worse than FL humidity, and it still looks good at the end of the day. This stuff is great and lasts and in my opinion looks better as it soaks up your sweat and natural oils throughout the day. Additionally, if your skin has large pores or is heavily textured, this foundation will cover them up and it won’t sit into your pores and scars, making them look worse, and in turn, making you look older. I can’t recommend this product enough. It’s also super easy to apply, you just need a makeup sponge. If you really wanna up your base game, use a spatula or one of those flat brushes to wipe on the product thin, and then blend out with the sponge. I promise your makeup will be looking chef’s kiss!!

Works well for what I need everyday
I used to use Laura Mercier mineral foundation (natural beige). When they discontinued the product, I went down the rabbit hole of finding something, Anything, that’s comparable. Still haven’t been able to find the perfect replacement, especially with the buildable, flawless coverage…. But this has Mischa BB Cream has delivered the results I need for every-day coverage. As far as effectiveness, I’d give it 4 stars. However, my 5 star rating is considering the bargain of a price that this comes at.The most important thing for me when it comes to foundations (or other makeup), is how healthy it is for the skin. I fall asleep with makeup pretty frequently, and most brands/products will leave my face incredibly dry, parched, and jacked up the next morning. This Misscha BB cream is light enough that I can fall asleep in it at least 1-2 times a week without affecting my skin so much. (Affecting, effecting, whatever. Lol. I can never get it right but you know what I mean.)Most importantly, I personally find that almost all foundations/powders on the market tend to leave deposits of some sort in my pores. I’ve been told I have a bright complexion- and I try my best to keep it clean and even looking naturally. (Not with heavy makeup.) I’ve tried many other foundations, including Laura Mercier, MAC, Chanel, YSL, Guerlain, or any other brand sold in department stores. (Because I used to work for Neiman Marcus cosmetics.) And I noticed that my skin would look great, even flawless, when wearing the makeup… but without it, my naked skin looked terrible and uneven. (Like the girls in the transformation videos/clips.) It’s like the foundation left paint deposits in my skin that could not get cleaned out. I would have to exfoliate and masque quite a bit for my skin to return to its even, and clean slate. So then I stopped looking for a “flawless finish” foundation, and started looking for a more healthier alternative for everyday. I still wanted the nice, even, “finished” look…. But something breathable… that lets your natural skin underneath shine through. I realized that if I wanted “flawless”, it would only be for special occasions because I’d have to work on getting my skin to recover from the “paint”.So yeah… that’s just a long, drawn out way of explaining why I like this Misscha BB Cream/foundation. It’s not perfect. And if you need heavier coverage, this is not for you…. But it’s a great, light/sheer coverage foundation for everyday. (I will say that a tiny black vein spot on my lower cheek still shows through… as well as some of my Sun/Age spots… but it still hides it pretty well, especially with blush or bronzer on.)Also just a tip for those who believe they need heavy coverage…. Maybe you can also try letting your skin purge out some of the deposits in your skin. Clean, exfoliate, and detoxify the skin a while, and you’ll probably find that your complexion is cleaner and brighter than you ever thought… and maybe the heavier foundations aren’t as healthy, or necessary. Idk. Just a thought.Note: I use #25 and #27, depending on if I have a tan or no tan. (Compared to Laura Mercier Natural Beige, I THINK 25 warm beige might be closer.)

My Go-To Base – Better Than Foundation!
I’ve purchased this BB cream four times now, and it’s officially become my everyday go-to—far better than traditional foundation, in my opinion. It offers impressive coverage that’s buildable: I can apply a light layer for a natural look or add a bit more for fuller coverage without it ever feeling heavy or cakey. One of the things I love most is the lightweight formula. It feels so comfortable on the skin, almost like wearing nothing at all, yet it still evens out my skin tone beautifully and gives my complexion a healthier, more polished appearance. The natural, matte finish is a huge plus for me—it looks soft and smooth without any shine. The texture is silky and blends like a dream, and it’s especially flattering on mature skin, which can sometimes be tricky with heavier products. It doesn’t settle into fine lines and gives a soft-focus effect that’s really flattering. The only downside is the color range—I’ve seen mixed reviews. While it matches my skin tone well, I can see how others might find it a bit too dark or too beige, depending on their undertone. That’s something to consider if you’re in between shades.Overall, this BB cream checks all the boxes for me: comfortable, effective, and consistently great results. It’s become a staple in my routine, and I’ll keep repurchasing!

Good coverage and skin care!
This gives me a dewy, natural look that I love, and doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin. It provides more coverage than other bb creams I’ve tried. I ordered shade 23 the first time and found it to be a little dark/grey. I went with the 21 this time and it’s perfect. I’ve never gotten a sunburn while wearing this so I trust the spf claim. In the photo attached I had just completed a workout and this makeup still looked pretty good (Ignore the raccoon! Photo was taken for a child who insisted I take his raccoon on every adventure that day). My one complaint is that if I scratch my face, the makeup comes right off. I imagine that a setting powder or spray would help. But it definitely feels more like lotion than a traditional foundation.
