I bought the Linum because of the good reviews I saw on Amazon. Unfortunately, the cable broke after 3 weeks of usage. I use it normally during commuting on train/bus and always kept the IEM set in a box. Around a week into use, I noticed that I have to angle the jack connector to get the proper sound otherwise, there's only half/no sound coming from my left IEM.I noticed that the jack connector is really fragile and of bad quality. I always have trouble removing it from the source device.

These cables are great. First thing I buy when I buy a new set of headphones that use this connector. They're really light weight and you don't notice them when you're wearing your headphones. When I got my first one I was rather worried ti'd be too weak and it'd snap the first chance it got. Nope, these cables are actually really rugged and have held up better than any other cable I've ever owned.Only downside is they tangle pretty easily (small wires) but you can get around that by buying something to wrap the cord around while not in use.
