Char CrustDry-Rub Seasoning, Southwest Chipotle, 4-Ounce (Pack of 6)

We had been buying this at a local meat market but they no longer carry it. We were thrilled to find it on Amazon for ease of ordering and free delivery. This dry rub is exceptional. We like it best on pork chops cooked on the grill. They come out so juicy and tender that I almost never cook my pork chops any other way now. I'm sure it would be good on other meats and/or fish as well. The price is not bad considering how far it goes.

Great for marinading then grilling steaks. We have used this for years. Great flavor with great results!

This Dry Rub Seasoning is the best we have ever tired. We like it so much we purchased a large container of it at one time. That is no longer offered so we buy these smaller packaged product in bulk and put in the larger container we saved.Note: It is not a "sweet" dry rub but perfect for Pork Chops and Steaks. Nicely balanced flavor with a subtle smokiness. Not salty at all. Excellent crustification seals the natural juices in. I grilled some prime NY strips with it and they were better than any steakhouse I've been to!

I used to be able to get this at my butcher, but they stopped carrying, so it was buy a single pack with expensive shipping from the maker or buy the multipack here…bought the bunch and gave away the extras at Christmas. Everyone loves it. So go ahead and buy a multipack and share the goodness.

This is the third box I have bought, the first being at a estate sale. I have tried several other rubs and this is by far and away the least salty and gives the best flavor. Amazon offers it for less than the company’s website if you combine with other items you are buying or have Prime

One of my favorite restaurants used this (30?) years ago. That chef left. Just thought it about the other night while planning a dinner. Ordered Char Crust. I did a trial run on a ribeye and a filet. FANTASTIC! JUST LIKE I REMEMBER. Tip: for me, more is better. Getting more of the Char Crust to stick to your steak is better. You can try water or oil, or more than one coat. Then, let it sit for 15 minutes. On my Solaire, the Char Crust gets dark and crusty pretty quickly. I turned the 1.25" ribeye after 2 minutes and took it off after another 2 minutes. Perfect! I'm going to order more for holiday gifts.
