I HAVE TO TELL YOU THAT HIS PRODUCT FLAT OUT WORKS!
At the recommendation of my general Dr, I went to my local drug store to see what they had for carpal tunnel support to see if it would address the deep numbness I was having in my dominant, right hand for problems I was having during the day, but even worse at night when I was sleeping. I would wake up with a dead, numb right hand that I would have GREAT difficulty in waking back up and it hurt considerably. There's nothing like being woken up out of a good sleep from a sharp, bad pain; much less it taking a long time to get it to stop feeling that way! I am also over weight and was scared that I was having other severe health issues and it really scared me. The local drug store had a few things, but nothing that they recommended and/or that would fit me, so they ended up ordering some over the counter support braces for carpal tunnel they thought would work for me. But when they arrived, they were not only too small, but I could tell they would be quite cumbersome to wear even if they did fit. But with what I had going on, I was prepared to wear WHATEVER it is that I needed to because of the pain I was having. But since they did not have something I could purchase and be done with that day, I was disappointed because I had already waited and was wanting something that day. And I was wanting to actually 'touch and feel' what I was going to probably have to wear for the rest of my life, and I'm 46. Since I live in a small town, I figured I would go home and look it up online to do the research I felt I needed to do and then eventually goto a nearby bigger city where I could have some better (and undoubtedly more expensive) choices to choose from - even if it meant going to see a specialist. I don't have health insurance. And although needing to be frugal, I also needed to get this properly addressed. In the meantime, I looked up carpal tunnel support on Amazon, found this product and spent time going through all of the reviews and researching it on the web and found this guys web site. All you have to do is google the name of this product and you will easily find it. Turns out he developed this product out of a need of it for it himself. He has quite the story of being an exceptional typist and is a very good read, and is worth your time to find it to read for yourself. I HAVE TO TELL YOU THAT HIS PRODUCT FLAT OUT WORKS! If you are in doubt, just do yourself a favor and just go ahead and purchase it, put it on correctly and see for yourself! One of the things he does say is that the carpal tunnel syndrome did not come on its on. So in addition to wearing the support, we need to change our habits that caused the problem to start with. For computer users, he strongly recommends the use of an ergonomic keyboard. I am still needing to follow that advice and have not done so yet. But I do try to have better typing habits than I did before. I bought it and I usually wear it 24/7 with no problems at all. Most people think it's one of those new electronic fit devices. I don't mind wearing it because it's not different than wearing a watch. He's the kind of guy that I think should be on the TV show Shark Tank getting them to help him with licensing out his product to both watch and those same 'fit item' manufacturers I mentioned earlier. Before purchasing this for myself, I seen a number of negative reviews on here and I'll tell you that you just have to sort out the nonsense is all I can say. I do not mean any disrespect to anyone at all and we have to all do what works best for us. But it's because of those reviews that I was as skeptical as I was in buying it and is why I felt like this comprehensive review needed to be done. Folks - this is not for everyone. It's going to take more than 2 seconds of wearing this thing for it to work and if you are not prepared to wear it 24/7 and to wear it properly, then you may as well either deal with the pain or go have the surgery. Or at the very least, do NOT buy this product if you do not plan on using it as directed to. If this is too hard to wear and deal with, then you should actually, physically try on those carpal tunnel splints that cover your entire wrist and hand before buying one of these. My mother hand the surgery done on both of her hands years ago, they did them one at a time, and I remember her being out of work for at least three months or more for each time, and she had to wear those large splints with the big metal thing in it long term. So I am honestly telling you that this thing is a genuine God send for me... And if it works for me, I simply do not understand how it couldn't work for someone else. I am not exaggerating the problems I was having at all and if anything, I did not go into enough detail of the pain that I WAS having. So there I am, 2-3-4-5am in the morning, a dead, numb right hand, it hurts, I can't get it to wake up. I sit up. I get out of bed. I hold my hand up in the air, put it down towards the floor. I shake it up/down, left/right. As weird as it sounds, putting it over the heater or in the sink over running water would allot of times be the only thing that would get it going again. And I'm not talking about like when your foot goes to sleep and it takes a minute or so to shake it off. I would be 10-15mts or more of up/down, left right, heater, water....... Enough to make you almost loose your mind. I'll tell you what it was though. It was enough for me to go see a Dr about it like I mentioned to start with... Anyways, to put it on and make it work effectively, he says to clinch a fist, put it on and lightly snug it, release fist and there you go. I had to find my 'comfort zone' while it still had some tension on it. But I obviously found the right spot because it is like I said, it is working for me 100%! It is NOT going to work if you wear it like a loose watch. It is designed to be slightly snug on the wrist. I don't even think about it being on there. One guy mentioned it breaking on him. I am sure if you put enough pressure on it in the right way that it would break. But I am going to tell you that this thing is hard as a rock! If I put my hand flat on the floor and try to get up, it does put an extreme amount of strong pressure on the device. But you know what, it also hurts my hand and I know not to do that and I find a different way of getting up off of the floor and/or I take it off. The good news for that buyer and any others that have problems with the product is that he touts the obvious by reassuring the buyer that they have "Amazon's Money-Back Guaranty!." If I somehow manage to break mine, I am going to tell you that I will simply buy another because it flat out works for me! It's like someone buying a car and saying every time they drive towards a tree they wreck, but instead of acknowledging some improper judgement, it's either the fault of the manufacturer of the car and/or the tree. It took a while of wearing it, but I no longer wake up at night with a dead, numb hand that I can't seem to find a way to wake up. I bought it on 03/21/15, today is 05/10/15, and I know it's been well over a month since I have had the problems I was having. I just don't even think about it anymore. In between showers, sometimes I forget and leave it home and I still notice my hand doing better through out the day. But I do prefer to wear it all the time now because it is quite comfortable and I know it is working. I believe in letting others know when I have received either a great service or have bought a great product. So that is why I am so enthused about writing such a great detailed review. I hope this helps the next person doing the same research I did for the same problems I was having. I wish everyone the same success I have had with this product. Sincerely, Billy in East Tennessee

Here's the long review this deserves
There's a lot to cover, so I appologize if this review is scattered. I'll start off by saying I purchased one for each wrist. I'm a long term (10+ years) sufferer of carpal tunnel syndrome. I would consider my left wrist to be chronic and my right more of a standard level. I say chronic because it used to frequently send pain all the way up to my shoulders and could easily keep me up at night. I'm not saying these immediately solved all my issues. You've got to give them time. I'm writing this a little over 3 weeks with heavy use of this product. Typically, I'll use my Mueller's Green on my left and full-stability Mueller's on my right during sleeping hours then when I wake up I'll put on, what my husband has jokingly referred to them as, my spiderman bracelets. These will only come off while I shower or swim. Given the severity of my left wrist, I wasn't expecting immediate results. My career as a Medical Transcriptionist has given me no other choice but to do a repetitive movement DAILY (typing). This has absolutely been causing me pain, until I found these. Occasionally, I do experience the pain up to my shoulder with my right wrist, but it's not nearly as frequent as my left. Within an hour or 2 of putting them on I felt that, but bare in mind I was still getting used to a positioning that was good for me and I hadn't found it yet. I didn't throw in the towel, though. After 2 weeks of consistent use, swelling in my wrists that I didn't even know I had went down. I can tell this by looking at my wrists, but also the braces seem to be able to tighten more. (I've always had tiny wrists, but I attributed their change in size to my weight gain). Since then my pain has dramatically decreased. It's almost as if now that the swelling is gone there's less of a barrier and the braces can work more efficiently. I did a little experiment and after I went swimming Tuesday afternoon I didn't put my braces back on. I used my night braces probably every other night and it seems as though these bad boys have reversed some damage. I decided to put them back on this fine Friday morning before tackling some work. There was a dull pain in my left wrist, I'm obviously not 100% rid of carpal tunnel, but I can live now. Bottom line, these have been life-changing. I'm a stay at home/work at home mom who doesn't have the time to recover from surgery. These have given me relief with no time off from my daily activities and I couldn't be more satisfied. If you're looking for an immediate fix all, you're asking too much. If you want to see improvements over the course of a month or so and have patience and consistency, this product is for you. The Velcro portion of these bracers is PERFECT. It sticks amazingly, tightens to how much I'd like, leaves an indent over time so I know where I've been tightening it to, soft on the inside so it's not itchy or irritating and is a nice, dark black. I've let the seller know that if they decide to make a premium version available in the future that uses metal instead of plastic and the padding is black, I'd be all over it. Maybe pretty grey brushed metal and black as options. People don't ask me about them or think twice, they're non-obtrusive and the size of watches. P.S. I do use the thicker padding in mine. The box comes with thicker and thinner options. I also recommend slipping them off when you wash your hands because I've accidentally gotten soapy water on the pads and while they clean up nicely you have to wait for them to dry. Just wash your hands, dry your wrists and reapply them. Lastly, customer service for this product is tier 1. Quick response and they genuinely care about the product they're distributing and helping people. Thank you :)

Pleasantly Surprised
I am pleasantly surprised to say that I do believe this brace is helping. I have a diagnosis of moderate to severe carpel tunnel syndrome, which causes pain, numbness and a "pins and needles" feeling in my wrist and thumb/index fingers. I've been instructed by the doctor to wear a very restrictive brace at night. That does seem to also be effective in helping with the symptoms, but it leaves me with no support for my wrist during the daytime. Most of the braces out there are very restrictive and it seemed like I wasn't going to find anything which would help with the problem, but still let me do my work (which includes much time on the computer) and live my life. I thought I'd give this one a try. I've been wearing it for over a month. I will note here that I have decided to take a holistic approach to the carpel tunnel in the form of wearing the night and the day braces, acupuncture, and physical therapy. However, I started wearing the M Brace RCA before starting the acupuncture and PT, so I do have a good gauge for its effectiveness. I still have the pain and the numbness, etc., related to CTS, however it has indeed decreased since I started wearing the M Brace RCA. Even the physical therapist thought wearing it was a good idea. Additionally, the vendor was true to their word and sent me more pads for free. I'm going to keep at this and hopefully the CTS will go away on its own, because surgery is not appealing to me. I think that it's worth a try to buy this brace and follow the instructions for how to wear it.

BE CAREFUL.
This product was fantastic, for a while. I'd worn this brace to battle CTS that had been getting progressively worse for years stemming from an earlier injury. Immediately upon application there was pressure and pain relief to my wrist. I wore this daily for nearly a year, making sure not to wear it too tightly. Everything was going fine, I even thought I had maybe been cured as I was experiencing little to no pain upon removing the brace for hours at a time, until I lost it. So I make a second purchase, and in the time it takes to arrive I notice a progressively escalating numbness occurring in my thumb, sometimes so bad that I drop whatever I'm holding. Turns out prolonged use of braces such as these can cause damage to the radial nerve, causing numbness, pain, and weakness. After about a week and a half the numbness had faded entirely and I now only use this brace while exercising for increased wrist support.

Don't let the seeming simplicity of this thing fool you. It worked for me!
I've read lots of positive reviews about this item. Everything from "it worked" to "It's a Miracle! I was pain-free within minutes of putting this thing on". Well, I'm here to tell you. It Really Works :-) I've been a pianist since the age of seven. I never suffered from hand pain or discomfort when I was younger. I started feeling numbness and pain in my right hand some five years ago and the problem has gotten steadily worse. I was virtually unable to play at all without pain in my right, hand and I began to develop numbness in my left hand. After many doctors and diverse treatment methods short of surgery I had barely improved at all. Then I saw the ad for this odd looking wristband. For a small thing, it made some big claims! I felt I had nothing to lose except 25 bucks so I went for it. I received it at my office this morning. I am not kidding when I tell you I was pain free within minutes of putting this thing on! There are other great reviews which are more eloquent than I could be so I'll just say that I agree with them! Now, I realize this is only my first day wearing this device disguised as a Fitness bracelet but the difference is so profound I cannot curb my enthusiasm. If it keeps working this well in a week I will update this review. Thank you to whoever developed this little device made of plastic and Velcro. Update: May 31st 2018 and still no pain and minimal numbness in my wrist or hand. I bought another one for my left hand. This device is so simple and would have saved me years of pain. It should be more widely advertised :-) Update: June 17th 2018. This update is to let you know that I'm still amazed that this brace works as well as it does. To users, Do take seriously the advice and warnings mentioned in the literature. Try not to move your hands the way that caused your pain in the first place. Do try to use a split keyboard. I've been using one for years and I find it a more natural and comfortable way to type. For MUSICIANS, however, there is a drawback. While it did help with numbness and pain quite a bit, if you have pain when playing octaves on a keyboard, i.e., stretching your right hand, I'm still feeling quite a lot of pain due to flexion, and I had hoped this would help in that situation but it did not help. So I can play again but widening the hand to play chords that contain notes spaced, say, an octave apart still causes pain. Not to diminish the wonderful positive attributes of this brace; It just saddens me that I'm sill suffering from CTS but to s lesser degree. I am still grateful! :-) Update: July 4th 2018. The efficacy of this little plastic and Velcro device is astounding. I've been wearing it almost 24/7 and just remove it if there's a possibility of it getting wet. The 'drawback' I mentioned in the previous update no longer exists. After approximately five long years of progressive deadening of my right hand due to numbness and more recently, moderate to very severe wrist pain in the same hand, after wearing this brace for a month I can work at my computer keyboard all day and come home and play piano for hours with minimal discomfort. I've read some of the patent details and still don't know why this works. All I can say is I am SO grateful to have my music given back to me. Playing is a joy for me again. My advice to anyone who is on the fence about this thing is to give it a try. You have little to lose and very much to gain if it works for you!

Tears of Relief - This brace is a wonder.
When my right wrist started hurting after a day of working on the computer, I thought it would go away. When the pain continued into the next week, I started to worry. Over the next months, I knew I really had a problem on my hands (no pun intended). My first thought was to change mouse pads, find more cushioning and such. It did nothing. Then I tried a few wrist braces, but they were cumbersome and kept me from being able to function; not to mention they could really start to cause their own pain. I was quickly approaching the point of forcing myself to visit a doctor as the pain became unbearable. As I was researching yet another wrist brace, I came across the M Brace RCA. My first impression was; Yeah right... I mean, how could something so simple actually help me when all of these other products weren't doing it? I'm expecting the need for surgery at this point! This is the typical too good to be true, right? What did I have to lose? Considering the cost of surgery anymore, it was worth taking the chance. I'm so glad I did. To say I was skeptical would be an understatement, but when it arrived I looked it over with a decidedly pessimistic view. I even sent a message to the seller, ensuring that the instructions are complete and confirming how to use the product; thinking perhaps in my haze of pain I was missing some vital piece of information. That wasn't the case. There was nothing else to do but put the brace on. Now I wish I had done so much sooner. Within minutes I started to feel relief, but I'll admit I was still skeptical and didn't care much for the feel of the plastic against my skin. Still, I left it on the entire day and didn't realize until that evening that I wasn't feeling the radiating pain from my wrist. My skeptical side thought it may have just fixed itself despite the brace, so I removed it and sat down. Sure enough, in moments I started to feel the burning tingles spread and immediately replaced the brace. Tears of Relief. If you know pain, you know what I mean when I say that you begin to forget what it felt like for the pain to be gone. There is no way to fully describe the feeling of Not feeling that pain anymore and remembering how 'normal' felt. It can be immensely powerful. This purchase was in September of 2015. It's now December of 2015. I used the brace daily for just over a month before realizing I didn't need to anymore. These days, I wear the brace occasionally when I know I'll be doing a lot of repetitive motions. Why? Because my pain is Gone. I mean, how do I express my happiness into words that you will understand and allow to guide you into giving the M Brace a chance? I can only tell you that it worked. Despite my own skeptical, pessimistic trial; it worked. It's not just the pain, but the stress of the pain, stress of possibly needing surgery, stress of worrying how I'll function without the full range of motion in my hands. Gone. Because of what appears to be a simple brace, but clearly is much more than that. If you were suffering like I was, I know how badly you're looking for relief and a way to avoid thousands of dollars and more in medical bills. Don't let your own skepticism hold you back from giving the M Brace a chance. I would also like to note that they were extremely helpful and gracious concerning my messages and my request for additional padding, which was sent absolutely free and helped make my brace even more comfortable to wear.

Adequate brace for me, maybe great for you.
This wrist band-wasn't harmful, but it never helped me in any way. I had tendonitis and wanted a brace I could wear in public. I had high hopes for this wrist-band because of it's thin design and inauspicious appearance. I wore it a few times and ended up with worse pain than had I never worn it. BUT - that could have been due to my condition. Frankly, I also hated a variety of sleeping braces with baggies of micro-plastics to cup in the meat of my hand. Overall I preferred a more traditional hand-brace that locked my wrist in place and let my fingers go loose. I still prefer sleeping with wrist-restricting braces over using the M BRACE RCA. Maybe, down the line, if my wrist annoys me, this could be handy. Maybe this helps pain while working in some fields. Maybe it helps while typing. This could be a great product - it just never helped me, but my wrist pain was pretty unique, as is everyone's. For me, this was pretty useless. But pain is unique and maybe this could help someone else. Don't hedge your bets on this product healing you. It might help here and there. That's it.

Instant pain relief for those with RSI (at least for me)
I have RSI that affects both hands on all fingers, especially my thumb, pointer and pinky fingers. It developed from a career in software engineering and poor stretching habits. I have tried NSAID (anti-inflammatory) drugs which often do little to help unless taken in large doses. I have tried herbal anti-inflammatory supplements like curcumin which also help a little in large doses. I stretch every day now, maximize rest and minimize stress. Simple tasks like buttoning pants, driving, holding cutlery, and using a mouse and keyboard can be very painful. I know from research that the pain is very bad because it means you are worsening the problem by further damaging the nerves through your wrist. I have tried full wrist and hand splints that prevent wrist movement but those massively worsened the problem with atrophy. Since the worst times I have had major improvements. But as others with RSI know it is all to easy to get over confident and take several steps back which gets beyond frustrating. I purchased two of these on a whim based on reviews, knowing all to well it was a hopeful yet fruitless purchase. Boy was I wrong, and happy to be wrong. Any time I experience any pain during a task I put one on each hand and the pain is gone immediately! Good for me and my sensitive nerves! It is not a cure for inflammation but rather a cure for increased nerve damage (and associated pain). With a good regiment of curcumin, healthy lifestyle, and stretching, I can type this review, continue my career, and live like anyone else. I could not be happier spending $50. My full recommendation, I have found nothing better.
