help please, received half full bottle
The product is fine. We ordered 2. one of them was only half full, it leaked all over the box. who do i contact to remedy this?

Noncaustic and it works
I've used DrainOut indifferent versions for a couple of years now. I use it in my bathtub drain four ounces once a week, and I haven't had any drain slowdowns during that time. It uses bacterial enzymes instead of the caustic chemicals in traditional drain cleaners, so it's easier on the pipes and not as dangerous to have around the house.

My plumber told me this would help keep clogs from forming, it’s safe for septic tanks and disposals,, and it keeps the drains fresh.. I like it..

I also used it on a tub with a bad hair backup and it pretty much did nothing
