Very nice looking, great deal I thought... but then I filled it with water, turned it on and the darn thing started leaking all over me. Checked the tank and fill door, everything looked okay. Then I tilted it and discovered that the leak was coming from where the tank attaches to the main unit. Upon closer inspection I discovered that the permanent rubber gasket was way too thin and not making a water tight seal! Manufacturing DEFECT... Contacted Amazon and the Seller after describing the problem. This is what they recommended, that I should NOT FILL-UP THE TANK TOO MUCH, (thus reducing its capacity) and that they will now be REDESIGNING THE FLOSSER to fix the leaking problem! Are they kidding me? No confirmation that they knew of this problem, no offer of a fast replacement, no nothing to help fix this product DESIGN DEFECT now? We all know the flosser works BEST if it can be tilted to get into tough areas. They recently upgraded the tank size to enable longer flossing times, but reducing the water amount defeats that, doesn't it? Here read it for yourself: "Hello! For your suggestions, i have tested our product again. To put the water into the tank, please choose Less than or equal to 300 ml so that the tank is not leaking from around the top. In addition, the gasket is too thin, we have reflect to our factory, they will now implement this information to design another product taking your feedback into consideration." VANELC The unit has been returned for a full refund.

This thing is STRONG. The base that holds water will leak a little if tilted. Other than that, works great! Holds a charge for a long time.

I had a dental surgery upcoming and wanted something that really cleaned and reached every angle top and bottom.I was amazed at how much gets left behind when your only using a regulary toothbrush.

Theres tons of $30+ flossers here on amazon and they all look pretty much identical. What differs between them is accessories that come with them. This one is the best bang for your buck right now. Most if not all of them dont come with a charging block this one does. 4 his and hers jet heads for a total of 8 and a 300 ml water reservoir. Pleny poweful for me. We'll see about durability.

It definitely feels like it's cleaning, but i often still feel the need to floss every few days. I have braces though and this is a life saver for the hard to get to spots

Get the job done, made a mess the first time I used it but that happens! I like that is small and can be put away easily

When it comes to pressure this water flosser does not disappoint. I am very pleased with its performance. Water in it’s tank last around 40 seconds, which is enough for me. If you need more, simply refill it again, which by the way is very easy also.

Works flawless it does the job well and very portable which I like best
