Flexible Sports polycarbonate frame *** black / silver shiny ***perfect fit *** *** Black nosepads *** glasses in optical quality made from plastic carbonate *** Exchange system glasses: Smoke, Orange-Contrast, Clear *** REFLECTIVE FLASH MIRROR *** UV400, 100% UV sun protection *** Filter: 3.1 0 *** nosepads provide additional grip *** Extremely light: Weight: 20 grams*** Delivery: sports glasses , removable lenses, sports belt pouch, functional microfiber cleaning pouch *** Changing Lens Tip: Pull firmly from the outside edge of the lens down. The frame will bend just enough and won't break, and the lens will pop out. Putting another one in is the same way - you've got to be firm about it. Put the lens notch into the corner of the frame near the bridge, then push the other side up and in. It takes a few times to get used to it, but once you get it, you've got it. :-)

Great and light, perfect for the price
These are great glasses, perfect for biking with the interchangeable lenses. At first, I couldn't figure out how to change the lens. It is true, it is not obvious and there is no manual. But by reading Sharrn's review, I could change the lens. As said, pull from the middle of the lens down (slide your fingers between the nose holder and the lens to get a better grip). Then to put a new lens back in, get both of the "hooks" in on each side of the glasses and snap the center in. After a few practices, I can now change the lenses pretty easily.Great values ! great looking lens. Perfect!

A bit over priced for cheap glasses, but okay for their purpose
These are definitely cheap quality. I felt like they might break the first time I exchanged the lenses. The other reviewers' tips on pulling them out it correct. It takes a bit of effort to click them back in, but it does work. Regardless, I simply bought them for the clear lenses to protect my eyes on cloudy days during bike rides- so they will suffice, but I wouldn't race in them.

cheap plastic
The lenses never stayed in securely, and the frame broke after 9 months of light use. I read all of the reviews and questions, about the best method for changing lenses, and didn't seem to help. The plastic frame is cheap and flimsy, no surprise that it broke.

Not bad for cheap.
As previous reviewers have said, changing the lenses can be a little difficult. I found out the best way(for me at least) is to pull from the middle of the lens down. Putting new lenses in, get both of the "hooks" into where they should be and the rest of the lens should follow into the lens slot. It's easy once you figure it out. It took me a few minutes at first to swap them out. Their very light and seem pretty durable. We'll see as time goes on.

Can't click in!
They are light weight but I can't figure out how to click the shade part in to get them to stay. Great case though. I used them for two triathlons and even though they aren't securely clicked in, they worked. The price is right as well.

bought three pairs of these. All have same issue ...
bought three pairs of these. All have same issue. Centre of lens often pops out of the frame. Also, no instructions on how to change lenses. If you don't do it just right, you will crack the frame

Great glasses, great lenses, love them
Pretty easy to change lenses, use the clear the most at the moment in winter but look forward to using the sun glasses next summer. Great to basically get 3 pairs for the price of one.
