Connection issues
I installed the 2 gang switch and it will not connect. I have followed the directions and when that failed I tried some of the suggestions I found in reviews and still did not connect. I have a 2.4ghz high speed router. Shortly after I nearly gave up I noticed an app update saying it was a fix for some devices that would not connect. This also did not fix my problem. I have set up several smart home devices and never have dealt with this much frustration! I disconnected all my WiFi devices and tried to set up the switches with nothing on the network and they still don’t show up when I try to add the device. I rolled the dice on a switch with very few reviews and apparently paid for it in frustration.

Impossible to install or get help installing
First it took mehours and hours to install, including driving around to get extra connectors. Finally got installed and switches turned lights and fan on and off just fine.First of all, I have paired all sorts of other smart devices in our home, so I know this can be confusing at times, but still managed to get through instructions on other devices.Got the app all installed from QR code. That was easy. Then I tried to get it to connect to wi-fi . Registration could not get to my private email account so had it resent to gmail account. The directions to set the device to the network were nearly impossible to follow. Some sort of flashing is supposed to happen after turning switch on and off several times. But other than the ordinary "On" light, nothing happened. The switches are not shown in the manual installation choices. I have tried three times to submit a this problem through the app's "Submit Fault" page. But if the Submit button works, it sure isn't letting me know anything went through. Yes, I'm only trying to connect one at a time. Yes, all other "smart" devices in the home are working just fine, so Wi-Fi is working.

GREAT FOR 2 Way switches. NOT FOR 3 WAY 2.6 GHZ only
I had a time discovering the differences in a three way and two way switch. The short answer difference is that if you have two light switches controlling the same device, this will not work. Fortunately I was able to install these to control my ceiling fan and light in the bedroom. The application for the phone works well enough. Strangely in the instructions is states a password or SSID cannot be used for the 2.6 gHz network. Also it is not compatible with 5 gHz networks either.

Great Product, Not-So-Great Instructions
I'm so proud of myself for figuring this out! The wiring instructions aren't the best, but I used a combination of a few YouTube videos to figure it out. Setup with the SmartLife app was pretty easy even on my dual-band Internet (it keeps trying to use the 5GHz) because I already knew to let it try to connect through 100%, then click "View Help," then click "How to Use Compatibility Mode?," which walks you through an alternate Internet connection procedure that uses the slow-blink mode to connect directly to the device. Once I got it set up on the SmartLife app, Alexa recognized and added it automatically (maybe because I already had SmartLife outlets set up). Bottom line, the instructions aren't great, but I'm happy with the product.

Great price, works with Google Asst.
Great price to dip my toes into smartifying my home. Installation was pretty simple. These are non-dimming fyi. Downloaded the Smart Life app to register the device with my wifi (2.4ghz network!) and then added them to my Home app on my android phone (Google home device not needed!). Now I control them using my android phone and Google assistant. There is a constant led lit up (not that bright) on the switch but I covered it up with some white electrical tape.

Did not work
This switch did not work with my phone. It was installed by an electrician, so it can be said that I did not install it properly. The switch responds when it is first paired. Then it goes dead.I missed by deadline to return it so I'm stuck with the expense and a non working item

Bad touch control and poor Wi-Fi connection
It is listed in the product description, if you look close enough, that these tend not to work in metal junction boxes, and they do not work in metal junction boxes. Another note on these is that the touch control has little to no touch feedback. When these were installed I had great difficulty getting them to 'click' when touched. Because these do not give good feedback to the touch control I wound up removing them.I would not recommend using these anywhere that you use the touch control regularly and they are not usable in metal junction boxes. So unless you are looking for somewhere unimportant or just trying out wireless controls I would take a pass on these.

Be ready for a long time with costumer service.
Requires Smart Life app, but Fire 7 refuses to load it. If you can't get the Smart Life app this is probably not for you.I Wasted many hours of my time before I figured it out. Now that I have, it works ok
