Ceramic Marble Coated Cast Aluminium Non Stick Fry Pan 28cm(11 inches)

This is the second Ceramic Marble Coated Cast Aluminum Non Stick Pan that I've purchased from KW Marble Ware (I purchased the wok a couple of years ago). I love these pans because they are truly non-stick even at fairly high cooking temps and even when using non-stick sprays to make my thin pancakes crispy on the edges. Some other expensive brand (multi clad hex design) so called "non-stick" pans that you see demoed in big box stores look good but after you use them at home you discover that they are not really nonstick and will not tolerate cooking sprays as the oil bakes into the "non-stick" surface making it almost impossible to remove. And it just keeps getting worse.But these Ceramic Marble Coated Cast Aluminum Non Stick Pans truly perform like champs. Nothing sticks to them and they clean up easily with only a little dishwashing liquid and a soft sponge. No, you can't use metal utensils and eggbeaters directly on their surface, but who cares. Just use plastic or wooden utensils and they will last for years. I highly recommend these pans.

This is an excellent non-stick skillet! Having now owned this skillet for six weeks, this has become my go-to skillet, which I use at least every other day. It comes out clean from the dishwasher and I use plastic and wooden cooking utensils on it with no problems. This skillet is more durable than Teflon skillets I have owned, and the reasonable price makes it all the more wonderful.

I'm super happy with this skillet. We use it all the time for omelets, fritatas, and stir-fries. I've used it for about a year (at least 60+ times, I'd guess), and I haven't had any trouble with sticking or chipping, and I add only as much oil as I like for flavor. I'd definitely recommend it.

I am rather impressed with this pan. I also bought the 8" for smaller items. The bigger one is great for family meals. I use a glass lid I already had. Nothing sticks even with out oil but I still use a little olive oil spray anyway just for the flavor. Just be careful not to scratch the marble coating as it is quite thin.

I really like this pan primarily because it has never warped from high heat like most ceramic pans.

Bought this just to try it out, and so far we've cooked a lot of different things with it, and nothing has stuck. Even fixed a grilled cheese in it, and the melted cheese didn't stick! It's only been about 3 weeks, but so far, I'm very happy with this product!

Wow is this a great Product! It cooks very evenly, and the food doesn't stick at all. You really don't need to use a lot of oil, just a few drops. It takes a bit of practice, but it is well worth it!

I was disappointed with the finish on the inside of this pan, I don't use it very much as the result.
