This is our newest line of oils. They are completely water soluble, and can be used at a ratio of 1-2% for linen sprays, and 3-5% (or greater) for room sprays. Use this oil in any water base use in bath bombs, and so on.... You should conduct your own experiments, depending upon the strength you want your fragrance to be.
